•18 months program, in different functions including HR, FO, HSKP, S&M, F&B, Fin (Sample program in Toolkit) •Recruit as Level 8 (Service associates/Supervisor) according to the candidate’s experience and background •1-2 levels up upon successful completion of the program depending on performance (Performance management and succession planning) •Current system integration- On Boarding, Training & Development, Performance Management, Succession Planning •Specialized Process in areas like recruitment, orientation, on-job training
