该项目位于奉贤海湾旅游区，奉贤海湾旅游区 地处上海市南端，杭州湾北岸。东临上海浦东新区 开发区，西毗上海金山石化城，总面积 13.2 平方 公里。13.7 公里的海岸线横东西。境内有金汇港 海岸港口，依港傍海，集江南水乡，田园风光，海 岸滩涂，自然野趣为一体。是上海市民回归自然， 享受自然的休闲旅游，商务会务活动胜地。

基地概况： 基地位于上海市奉贤区靠近杭州湾地区， 周边主要有沪金高速通过， 并在海滨路设置有 S4 海湾收费站口，交通较为便利。场地现状基本以农田 和池塘为主，地势相对平坦。

Base is located in Fengxian District of Shanghai, Hangzhou Bay area, the park covers an area of approximately overall red: 367,164.43 square meters. Base profile: A large base inside the original nursery base. A large area of fish ponds, the existing part of the river which runs through the water than the rich. Where the terrain is relatively flat, favorable to the development of agricultural projects. Around the base profile: West Bay Road near the base, which houses S4 Bay Road toll station; a village south of the Gulf of convergence, the base part of a high-voltage lines through; eastern most of the existing fish ponds; northern Most ponds, where some high-voltage lines through the site.

基地位于上海市奉贤区杭州湾地区，园区总体红线占地面 积约为：367164.43 平方米。 基地概况： 基地内部原有大量苗圃基地。有大面积鱼塘，现有部 分河流贯穿其中，水资源较丰富。其中地势相对平坦，有利发 展农业项目。 基地周边概况： 基地西面临近海湾路，其中设有 S4 海湾路收费站； 南部与海湾一村衔接，基地部分有高压线通过；东部现有大部 分鱼塘；北部大部分鱼塘，其中场地部分高压线通过。
The project is located in Fengxian Bay Tourism Zone, Fengxian Bay Tourism Zone is located in the south of Shanghai, Hangzhou Bay North. East of Shanghai Pudong Development Zone, West adjoin Shanghai Jinshan petrochemical city, with a total area of 13.2 square kilometers. 13.7 km of coastline horizontal stuff. The territory of Jinhui Hong Kong Coast ports, according to Hong Kong and the sea, set Jiangnan, bucolic, coast beaches, natural interest as a whole. Is the Shanghai people back to nature and enjoy the natural leisure travel, business conference activities resort.
