ﻬ汽车发动机缸内直喷技术摘要大众轿车在国内首先采用了FSI发动机技术,采用该项技术的发动机具有节能,高效,低排放的优点,已成为车用汽油发动机一个十分重要的发展方向。
本文首先介绍了FSI技术概念及其优缺点。
在与进气道喷射发动机比较的基础上,研究了FSI技术在充气系统、燃油系统和的工作原理,重点分析了FSI 发动机分层充气、均质稀混合气、均质混合气三种模式以及燃油系统的结构和工作原理。
借鉴于柴油机的燃油喷射技术,大众发动机采用了分层注油和均匀注油两种模式。
FSI技术有很大的发展潜力,将得到更大发展并将取代目前的进气道喷射技术。
而本文还主要是对FSI发动机的工作原理进行了分析,并通过列举案例,对FSI发动机的常见故障进行分析、排查,提出解决方案。

FSI technologyhas greatpotential fordevelopment,will be bigger and will replace thecurrentport injection technology.
