"The competition between enterprises in the 21st century is no longer a competition between products and prices, but a competition between business models." There is no doubt that the design and innovation of business models will be, "said Peter Drucker, the world's management master, the first problem for the future business managers and operators to solve. This course is intended to drive students to learn and analyze a large number of classic cases, thinking and analyzing the following questions: Why the profit of the company last year is still a piece of prosperity, and in the twinkling of an eye on a sudden turn for the worse? Whether the company made a clear business model to keep profits steady? What kind of products/services are used to compete,in which markets to *课程简介(Description) compete , for which customers to serve? What value does your business offer to customers? How to find the most valuable customers? From answering these questions to enhance students' innovation ability and the quality of thinking. The main teaching content includes: the detailed analysis of the connotation of business model and the implementation of the way, the deep mining of all kinds of business model highlights, the insight into the imagination of the core business success, for future managers, entrepreneurs, etc. to provide business model innovation and design, and the world and China's excellent business model for reference, transformation and application to enterprise practice through the simulation project. This course is taught by lectures, case study, class discussion,team project and personal paper, emphasizing case teaching, and strive to make students apply theory to their dream business practice. 课程教学大纲(Course Syllabus) 1、分析企业赢利模式的“死穴”, 解密成功企业持续赢利的“奥秘”,解 *学习目标(Learning Outcomes) 码企业商业模式设计与创新的“误区”;2、商业模式的价值和设计体系; 3、商 业模式盈利系统设计与重组; 4、理解商业模式设计与创过:“21 世纪企业间的竞争已经不是产品与 价格之间的竞争,而是商业模式之间的竞争。”毫无疑问,商业模式的设计与创 新将成为未来企业管理者和经营者首要解决的课题。 本课程拟通过让学生学习和分析大量国内外的经典案例, 思考和分析以下问 题:为什么去年公司的利润还是一片繁荣,而转眼之间就急转直下?公司是否作出 清晰的商业模式以保持利润的持续增长? 用什么样的产品/服务去竞争?在哪些市 场竞争?为哪些客户服务? 你的企业能够为客户提供什么样的价值? 如何细分并找 *课程简介(Description) 到最有价值的客户? 由此提升学生的创新创造能力和思维素养。 主要教学内容包括:详细解析商业模式的内涵及实施途径,深度挖掘各类商 业模式的亮点,洞悉纷繁想象之后企业成功的核心秘诀,为未来的管理者、创业 者等提供商业模式创新与设计的可实施路径与方法, 并通过模拟项目将全球与中 国优秀商业模式借鉴、转化、应用于企业实践之中。 本课程教学采用教师讲授、案例分析、课堂讨论、小组大作业等教学方法, 强调案例教学,力求使同学将理论应用于自己梦想的创业实践。
