QUICK FACT Shandong Electric Power Construction Corporation (SEPCO III) was on EPC of a 4*135MW unit in India. The project had too many unexpected difficulties and SEPCO III was not able to transfer the units on time. Project owner later sued SEPCO III for a 30million-dollar claimant.
