This procedure details procedure for the insulation construction of LNG tank T-0202.2. 概况General整个罐的绝热施工主要包括罐底绝热热转角保护板与外罐衬板夹层绝热、环形空间绝热,铝吊顶绝热、接管的绝热四部分。

混凝土环干沙的铺设、泡沫玻璃铺设、珍珠岩混凝土块、毛毡以及玻璃棉的安装。

主要绝热材料包括:罐底部分:珍珠岩水泥块、泡沫玻璃块、玻璃棉、干沙等;环形空间绝热部分:珍珠岩粉末、弹性毡、玻璃纤维布等;铝吊顶绝热部分:玻璃布、玻璃棉等;接管绝热部分:玻璃棉、玻璃布、聚氰尿酸酯泡沫、聚氨酯泡沫、玻璃纤维毡。

Insulation construction covers the places of tank bottom, annular space, suspended deck, nozzle. Ring concrete dry sand, cellular glass,perlite concrete block, capping material, glass wool. Main insulation material, for tank bottom: perlite concrete block, cellular glass, glass wool, dry sand; for annular space: perlite powder, resilient blanket, fiberglass cloth; for suspended deck: glass cloth, glass wool; for nozzle: glass wool, glass cloth, PIR, PU foam, fiberglass blanket.3.编制依据Reference3.1 BS 7777 Part2(1993): 低温工作条件下的平底,立式,圆筒型储罐。

Make technical briefing to construction workers on installation sequence and requirement.4.1.3标记marks根据施工图纸在底部衬板上确定底部干沙铺设位置、混凝土环位置、泡沫玻璃位置。

As per construction drawing, to confirm dry sand laying place, ring concrete place and cellular glass place on tank bottom liner plate.4.1.4底部保冷主要实物工作量:Quantity of tank bottom insulation混凝土环体积:143m3Ring concrete cube: 143m3珍珠岩混凝土块:384块、总计222.4 m3Perlite concrete block:384 pcs、total 222.4 m3干沙:890 m3Dry sand:890 m3泡沫玻璃t152:2063m3Cellular glass t102:892m3毛毡:31400m3Capping material:31400m34.1.5施工方法说明construction method4.1.5.1按照施工图纸将施工区域画出;Mark construction place as per construction drawing4.1.5.2在混凝土找平合格后,铺设混凝土找平层与外罐壁之间以及内罐底板的干沙,干沙要求如下表;After acceptance of concrete leveling, to lay dry sand on tank bottom, space between PC wall and tank bottom. Dry sand requirement is as below:4.1.5.3在干沙上铺设底层毛毡,毛毡应对接铺设,毛毡不准有卷曲、打褶现象;Lay lower capping material on dry sand. Capping material shall connect with the type of butt joint, and rolling or flexure is prohibited.4.1.5.4在干沙上铺设三层T152的泡沫玻璃,泡沫玻璃层在长宽方向上交错铺设,最小错变量100mm,每层泡沫玻璃之间铺设毛毡,要求同4.1.5.3;注意铺设最上层干沙下的毛毡时要搭接铺设,以防干沙渗入如图;Lay three layers of T152 cellular glass on dry sand. Cellular glass block layers shall be arranged such that they overlap by at least 100mm of length & width and consequently. Between each layer of cellular glass, it shall lay capping material, requirement see 4.1.5.3; note: when lay capping material below the upper dry sand, it shall be laid as lap joint to prevent dry sand from penetration, see below:4.1.5.5安装三层T152的泡沫玻璃过程中,对底部置换管进行保冷,且泡沫玻璃需要切剪并调整;In the course of laying there layers T152 cellular glass, bottom purge pipes shall be insulated, and cut and adjust cellular glass.4.1.5.6每层的泡沫玻璃应该是平整的,在任意2米的范围内,平整度都应该在±3mm,不允许出现高差变化大的情况;Ensure leveling of each layer of cellular glass. In any area with diameter of 2m, leveling shall be within ±3mm, abrupt change of leveling is not allowed.4.1.5.7在混凝土找平层并验收合格后,铺设珍珠岩混凝土块,先确定好N13位置并铺设珍珠岩混凝土块,块之间的间隙由75mm压缩成50mm玻璃棉来填充;After acceptance of concrete leveling, lay perlite concrete block. Firstly, confirm N13 position and lay perlite concrete block. Clearance between perlite concrete block will be filled in with glass wool which is compressed from 75mm to 50mm.4.1.5.8珍珠岩混凝土块外侧的泡沫玻璃和毛毡应呈放射状放置,并切割成扇形进行调整;Cellular glass block and capping material at outside of perlite concrete shall be laid radiatively, and cut into sector form to be adjusted.4.1.5.9泡沫玻璃与转角板之间、泡沫玻璃与珍珠岩混凝土之间间隙由75mm压缩成50mm的玻璃棉来填充;Clearance between cellular glass & corner plate, and cellular glass & perlite concrete block will be filled in with glass wool which is compressed from 75mm to 50mm.4.1.5.10热转角保护板安装完并经检查合格后在边缘板上浇注混凝土承重环,在中腹板上铺设第三层干沙,干沙上铺设两层泡沫玻璃及三层毛毡,然后再铺设铺设第四层干沙要求同4.1.5.3和4.1.5.4。
