This paper on the subject of the background significance, development situation at home and abroad, thesis structure and main work were introduced, and simple. Then the key technologies used in the process of system development are analyzed and introduced and two kinds of architecture, and finally for the development of this system use B/S construction model. Then processes and functions of school students management of department affairs has lung function demand analysis, based on the analyses of the overall system architecture design, and according to the functions and characteristics of the system and the development process of the whole system is divided into basic application function module, the department affairs function module, the financial management function module and password management function module. At same time , points module for the system design in detail, and the basic test plan and detailed test process are analyzed, and planning.
本人对学生部门管理事务的流程和功能需求进行分析，在此基础上对系统的总体架构进行了分析设计，并根据系统的功能特点和开发流程把整个系统分为基础申请功能模块、部门事务功能模块、财务管理功能模块和密码管理功能模块四个功能模块，完成了具体界面的设计。同时对系统进行分模块详细设计，并完成了系统的测试计划和测试流程的设计。

本文系统的开发采用的是B/S架构，数据库采用的是SQL Server。该系统主要是针对高效学生部部门管理目前面临的管理负担过重等问题，采用现代化技术，达到简化学生部门事务处理流程，提高学生部门管理效率。这不仅能够给学校学生部门管理减少大量的工作量，而且也给学生提供一个公开和便携的平台进行交流，有利于学校良好氛围的提升。论文完成的高校学生部门管理系统已经上线运行，能够满足现在高校学生部门管理工作的实际需求，具有很好的使用价值意义。
