Chinese food of my hometown
My hometown is shouguang which is known by vegetables,the vegetables aer famous in the word.
In our hometown we can eat vegetables in every season.I especially love to eat a dish,people call steamed pork with rice flour.It is a kind of dish with potatoes and pork add some kind of seasoning powder,cooking.This dish tastes sweet,salty and more smooth,you will can’t help eating it and don’t want to stop.Besides,the dish has high nutritional value.
In our family,the relatives often have a party.They communicate with others about the skills of cooking.There are many table manners in China,reflects the many of China’s traditional culture.For example,the elders first sit down,and you should sit position to correct,and keep appropriate distance from the table.
