食品工艺课程设计《日产70吨冰红茶的工艺设计》说明书设计任务书日产70吨冰红茶的工艺设计1.设计条件:1操作方式:连续生产。

2生产能力为70吨/日。

3包装形式:瓶装2.设计计算项目1物料衡算:列出衡算表并画出物料平衡图;2能量衡算:包括水、电、汽、风、冷的衡算;3.设计成果(1)设计说明书一份(含相关产品的调查报告)(2)设计图纸两张——工厂平面布置图工艺流程(绘图用三号图纸,用AutoCAD绘图软件)摘要本次工艺设计是根据《食品工厂设计》的理论指导进行设计的,其中涉及到了制作冰红茶的设备及工艺技术的选择和工艺计算等内容。

其工艺流程是目前冰红茶工艺的最基本的生产理论。

本次工艺设计是通过理论产量进行理论计算得到的相应的设备的参数过程,所以,在实际生产中肯定会出现偏差。

尽量减小理论与实际的偏差是我的最大期望。
