学号:题目类型:设计(设计、论文、报告)本科毕业设计(论文)题目:龙图御景园商住楼给水排水工程设计学院:环境科学与工程学院专业(方向):给水排水工程班级:学生:指导教师:2014年 6 月 5 日摘要本设计的主要内容是资源县龙图御景园商住楼建筑给排水工程设计,设计内容包括建筑给水系统、建筑排水系统、建筑雨水系统、建筑消防系统四个部分,要求最终主要成果有图纸目录、设计施工总说明、平面施工图、卫生间大样图、泵房大样、系统及原理图、图例、设备材料表、设计计算书等。

由于高层建筑的特殊性,如楼层数和楼层高度、楼层使用功能广、建筑结构和电气管路复杂、并受各种外界条件的制约,设计人员力求更经济的设计,选择合理的供水方式、系统进行合理分区、给水管网优化、水泵选型等以节省投资、节约资源。

水源由城市管网供水,经引入管引入地下室一层无负压设备系统,从无负压设备引出给水管和由市政管网直接供水的入户管经过水管井设置立管通至各层用户经水表后入户连接各卫生器具。

经水表井引出的给水冷水管道均按找平层敷设。

根据建筑的情况和各系统的适用条件,排水设计拟采用双立管排水系统。

污、废水合流制排放。

二层以上厨房及卫生间排水管(卫生间降板设置),通过个排水立管汇入二层天花板排水横干管,一楼的污、废水单独排出,之后汇入室外排水检查井排入城市污水管网。

消防、喷淋给水方案为:采用设水泵和水箱的消火栓给水方式,消防水源为市政自来水,引入户内后贮存于地下一层的消防水池,由消火栓加压泵提供所需压力,水泵的供水压力按高区最不利点所需水压确定。

根据《高层民用建筑设计防火规范》GB 50045-95的规定,此高层建筑的设计耐火等级为二级,地下室的耐火等级设计为一级。

根据各系统分别进行设计计算,绘制图纸并选定主要设备。
