Wine shall be served to guests within 5 minutes of taking the order. 在客人点单后,需要在五分钟内进行服务。 2. Collect clean, polished wine glasses (one per person) from the bar. 从服务台上选取一个干净的葡萄酒杯(以一位客人为 例),放置在托盘中. Draw out the knife of a corkscrew and with this, cut through the capsule directly below the ridge at the top of the neck of the bottle. Remove the capsule and place it in the wine coaster. Insert the corkscrew into the cork with the point slightly off centre so that the worm as a whole is directly over the middle of the cork.
