This procedure applies to the management of all measuring instruments of the Company.2.0目的PURPOSE明确本公司所有计量器具的管理，防止过期量具的非预期使用。
The purpose hereof is to clarify the management code for all the measuring instruments of the company to prevent the unintended use of expired instruments.3.0职责RESPONSIBILITY3.1量具管理员负责计量器具的入厂验收、编号、建帐，负责计量器具周期校准计划的编制、内校量具的内部校准以及外校量具的送检，并对其准确性负责。
Measuring instrument controllers shall carry out incoming acceptance, number, set up account for,prepare the periodic calibration plan of, internally calibrate internal ones and send out for externalcalibration of measuring instruments and be responsible for their accuracy.3.2计量器具使用部门或领用人负责领出计量器具的保管、检查工作。
The user department or collector of measuring instruments is responsible for custody and inspection of outgoing measuring instruments.4.0量具的种类GAUGE TYPE4.1检测量具：游标卡尺、内沟槽卡尺、高度卡尺、游标万能角度尺、测微头、千分尺、指示表、内径表、直角尺、粗糙度对比样块、卡规、杠杆表、标准量块、水平仪、标准量块、螺纹规、自制规、塞规、比重计、放大镜、半径样板、表面样块和色块、平板、块规；Inspection: vernier caliper, inner groove caliper, height gauge, vernier universal point scale,micrometer head micrometer, instruction sheet, diameter table, rectangular device, roughnesscomparison specimens, calipers, levers table, standard gauge block, level, the standard gauge blocks, thread gauges, self-regulation, plug, hydrometer, magnifying glass, the radius of a model,surface-like blocks and blocks of color, flat, block gauge;4.2检测设备：投影仪、三坐标测量仪、硬度计；Test: projectors, CMM, sclerometer;4.3仪器、仪表：气瓶减压器（乙炔、氧气、氩气）、计时器、温湿度计、可调移液器、电子天平、数字钳形表、压力表、流量计、时间继电器、、电流表、电压表、微压差表、电导率仪、箱式电阻炉、电热恒温箱、温度控制调节仪、热电偶、计时器。

A person who is not a measuring instrument controller could not collect them from the warehousewithout the signature of controller.5.2对于长期借用量具（如卡尺、杠杆百分表、千分尺等），由区域班长凭《量具领用申请单》到量具管理室领用或更换量具，并由班长建立各自区域的量具台帐，区域量具台账对应于操作岗位，并注明量具的信息及相关责任操作工。
For measuring instruments on long-term loan (such as the caliper, lever dial indicator, micrometer, etc.), regional squad leaders with a "Application Form for measuring instruments" should collect or exchange them at the measuring instruments control room, and set up and maintain an account book for measuring instruments of theirs own regions. The account books corresponds to operational posts and indicates the information on instruments and responsible operators.5.3对于短期借用的量具（如自制规、螺纹规、针规）操作工/检验员在《量具借用登记表》中填写借用量具的信息，检验员或量具管理员或指定人员依据需求发放借用的量具。
For instruments on short-term loan (such as self-made gauge, thread gauge, needle gauge),operators/inspectors should fill the "Registration Form of Borrowing Measuring Instrument" with the borrowing information, and inspectors or controllers or appointed personnel dish out instruments as requested.5.4操作员工/检验员按照要求做好量具可视化管理，摆放做好5S。
区域班长/检验班长每日进行巡视检查，检查5S量具清点记录，每月进行区域量具盘点。
Operators/inspectors should, in accordance with the requirements, carry out visual management of measuring instruments and locate them as required by 5S. Regional squad leaders/inspectionsquad leaders should carry out patrol inspection and review the check record of 5S measuringinstrument on a daily basis, and make an regional inventory monthly.5.5在使用量具前，操作工/检验员应仔细查看量具零位是否正确，量具标识是否清晰并在有效期内，不使用过期量具；发现量具标识脱落或模糊，及时找量具管理员重新贴上标识；发现异常及时找量具管理员解决。
Before using measuring instruments, operators/inspectors should carefully review if the gauge is in zero position, if identification is clear and within the validity period to avoid using expiredinstruments; in the event of any comeoff or blurriness, identifications should be labeled by thecontrollers in time, and in the event of any abnormality, assistance may be promptly solicited from controllers.5.6使用完毕后应擦拭干净，量具摆放正确、整齐；针规使用时应戴手套。
After usage, instrumentsREF.QM 11.0 CONTROL OF INSPECTION, MEASURING, 页码Page:3/6AND TEST EQUIPMENTshould be wiped and replaced in proper order, the use of needle gauge requires the wearing of gloves.5.7量具的周期受检率应为100%。
