Abstract: Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Mifepristone Tablets in the treatment of endometriosis． Methods
月经第 5 天开始服用米非司酮片 (深圳市资福药业有限公 司 ) 25 mg，每天服用 1 / 2 片，连续服用 10 d 后改为服用 1 / 4 片， 连续服用 3 个月后改为服用 1 / 6 片，长期服用不间断。治疗 6 个 月后观察临床疗效、激素水平变化以及不良反应情况。采用荧光 免疫法测定用药 3 个月和 6 个月激素水平变化。以显效 + 有效合 计为总有效。 1．3 疗效判定标准 [5 ]
子宫内膜异位症是育龄期妇女常见的一种妇科疾病，近年来 发病率呈上升趋势 [1]，在育龄期妇女中占 10% ～ 15% [2]。子宫内膜 异位症是指子宫腔被覆黏膜以外的身体其他部位出现具有生长 功能的子宫内膜组织，主要症状为月经周期出现腹痛、痛经，并可 导致不孕症的发生 [3 ]，严重影响患者的身心健康和生活质量。子 宫内膜异位症的治疗方法包括手术治疗和药物治疗，目前药物治 疗主要为激素治疗，笔者应用抗孕激素类药物米非司酮片治疗子 宫内膜异位症，取得较好疗效，现报道如下。 1 资料与方法 1．1 一般资料
选择 2010 年医院收治的子宫内膜异位症患者 78 例，年龄 26 ～ 49 岁，平均( 39． 48 ± 6． 72) 岁; 病程 1 ～ 6 年，平均 3． 4 年。患 者均有性生活史，且伴有不同程度痛经、腹痛、月经不调、性交痛 和不孕症等症状; 均经彩超和手术证实且符合子宫内膜异位症诊 断标准 ; [4 ] 均排除高血压、心脏病、糖尿病史、肿瘤病史; 术前 6 个 月内均未服用任何激素类药物，无人工流产及药物流产史，血尿 常规及肝肾功能均正常。 1．2 治疗与观察方法
疗后症状消失。结论 米非司酮片治疗子宫内膜异位症有较好的疗效，且副作用少，值得临床推广。

米非司酮片治疗子宫内膜异位症 78 例
