日常维护要点：Daily maintenance:1.新设备投入运行一个月后，应检查并填补一次吸附剂，视实际情况（6-12月）全部更换吸附剂。
The absorbent should be checked and added after one month operation of the new equipment. The absorbent should be completely changed after 6-12 months, depending on the actual situation of the equipment.2.定期清洗、吹扫电磁切换阀，并检查阀门运动情况。
The electro-magnetic switch should be regularly cleaned, and the valve should be checked.3.前置过滤器上的自动排水器应定期清洗，确保滤筒体内不积液体。
To make sure that liquid will not be trapped in the cylinder, the automatic water drainer on the pre-filter should be regularly cleaned.4.前置过滤器滤芯寿命为8000H，到时（或滤芯压力降达0.07MPa时）就更换滤芯。
The life time of the core of the pre-filter is 8000 hours, the core should be changed after 8000 hours (or when the pressure drop reaches 0.07MPa).5.定期检查管线接头、法兰、阀门有无泄气现象。
Regularly check the joints, flange and valves for leakage.6.干燥器停用期间，请半闭好所有阀门，防止泄漏，以免吸附剂受潮。
All valves should be shut off when the equipment is not in operation.常见故障排除Treatment of common defects干燥器在使用过程中出现故障请按下表找出原因，然后对症处理。
工作原理说明Working principle开机后，A塔作吸附运行，B塔作脱附（再生）运行。
在预先的时序控制下，截止阀A1，A2相继打开，待处理的潮湿压缩空气经A1进入A塔，潮湿气流在自下而上的运动过程中，内部所含的水蒸气被充满塔内、表面有无数选择性小孔的吸附剂（AL2O3）所吸附。
压缩空气本身得到干燥。
约占总处理量85%左右的干燥空气经单向阀a进入用气管网，另外约占15%的干燥空气经节流降压后，从上部入B塔，作自上而下的运动。
原先已被B塔内吸附剂所吸附的水蒸气在低压环境中得以释放（脱附）并随低压气流经A2、消声器E逸入大气，B塔内的吸附剂也由此而获得活性再生。
Tower A absorbs and Tower desorbs after the equipment d on. Under the control of the pre-set order, the stopping valves A1, A2 are switched on, the wet pressurized air enters Tower A via A1, the water vapor is absorbed by the absorbent (Al2O3), and the pressurized air is dried. About 85% of the dried air enters the gas pipeline via one-way valve a; and about 15% dried air drops in it pressure, enters Tower B from the top and moves from the top to the bottom. The previously absorbed water vapor by the absorbent in Tower B releases (desorbs) under the low pressure environment, and escapes to the atmosphere via A2, silencer E. The absorbent in Tower B is hence recovered.在A1进气阀关闭前约20秒A2先行关闭，使B塔得以充压，约再经14秒B1进气阀打开。
在约有6秒钟的时间里，A、B两塔同时作吸附运行，这就保证了供气的连续性。
A塔工作5分零6秒后，A1阀关闭。
系统进入B塔吸附运行，A塔作脱附运行的下半个循环。
A2 shuts off about 20 seconds before A1 shuts off, Tower B is hence gains pressure. B1 is on about 14 seconds later. Towers A and B are both on the absorbing mode at the same time for about 6 seconds. Continuous gas supply is hence guaranteed. Valve A1 shuts off after 5minutes and 6 seconds operation of Tower A. The system enters the second half cycle that Tower B absorbs and Tower A desorbs.整个工作循环的时间分配，均是在电子可编程控制器作用下自动进行。
改变控制器的设置，可改变工作循环程序。

图中干燥器进气侧的前置过滤器在一般情况下为必需的。
C级除水过滤器、A级除油雾过滤器能保证干燥塔内的吸附剂免受液态水滴及油雾的污染。
出气侧的FT 级（1μm粉尘精滤器）应当配置，使下游用气设备不致因脱落的吸附剂粉尘而遭磨损。
用户视工艺需要可在T后面挂高其它功能过滤器以达到用气净化要求。
如果空压机属无油润滑型，则A级过滤器可免装。
但进气含油量必须保证在0。
5mg/m3以下。
如果空压机排气温度较高，则应装后部冷却器，保证干燥器进气温度＜40℃。
The installation method of the absorbing dryer is shown in the figure below. The pre-filter on the gas inlet side of the dryer is normally necessary. De-water filter C, de-oil filter A can prevent the absorbent from contamination liquid water drops and oil. FT (1μm dust filter) on the gas outlet should be installed because it can prevent abrasion loss of the equipment by the absorbent dust. If the compressor is oil-less lubricant, then filter A can be omitted. The oil content must be below0.5mg/m3. If the temperature of the off-gas is high, a cooler should be installed in the back and make sure the temperature of the incoming gas is below 40 ℃.注意事项：Attention：1.吸附式干燥器应装在室内，为减小排气噪音，可以将消声器用管子接到室外。
The absorbing dryer should be installed inside a room. To reduce noise, the silencer can be installed outside with a pipe.2.小型干燥器允许无基础安装，中、大型（20 m3/min以上）在水泥平台上配装钢制膨胀螺栓即可；在一般情况下都不需单独浇注基础。
A small dryer can be installed without a base. Medium and large (>20m3/min) can be installed cemented platform with expansion. Cast base is normally not necessary.3.与活塞式空压机配套使用时，建议在净化系统前安装缓冲储气罐。
When used with a compressor of piston type, a buffer gas tank is proposed to installed before the cleaning system.4.如果在低于-2 ℃的地方使用，应在进气管道、阀门处加敷保温材料，以免冰冻。
