多功能智能化温度测量仪设计

In the production of temperature control and measurement has become a living frequently used words, and they also play an important role in all walks of life. As in the increasingly developed industrial, temperature measurement and control was used to ensure the normal running of production. Automatic measuring temperature is mainly introduced in this paper, including the design of the temperature sensor, microcontroller interface and application software, can be divided into the following several parts, temperature detection technology at home and abroad are introduced and the development status of temperature detection, and analyses the temperature detection technology of the future development direction.
根据实际使用要求设计了相应的单片机硬件系统,该系统能够实现数据采集、数据处理、温度值的在线显示以及时间显示;简略介绍了该仪表的软件部分;对该温度仪表的未来发展进行了展望。多功能温度测量仪是以8051单片机系统和温度检测元件一AD590相结合的温度测量系统。本系统的数学模型合理,测量方法容易实现。该测量仪总体特点是使用简便、实用、使用对象广、并且实现了自动化。

So the temperature in the production and living of the word frequency increasing, the temperature is a basic physical quantities, it is the most common in the process of industrial production, the most important process parameters with the continuous development of industry, the requirement of temperature measurement to the higher, and the range of measurement is becoming more and more widely, so more and more is also high to the requirement of temperature detection technology.

二十一世纪是科技高速发展的信息时代,电子技术、微型单片机技术的应用更是空前广泛,伴随着科学技术和生产的不断发展,需要对各种参数进行温度测量。因此温度一词在生产生活之中出现的频率日益增多,温度是一个基本的物理量,它是工业生产过程中最普遍、最重要的工艺参数随着工业的不断发展,对温度测量的要求来越高,而且测量范围也越来越广,因此对温度检测技术的要求也越来越高。
温度控制和测量也成为了生活生产中频繁使用的词语,同时它们在各行各业中也发挥着重要要介绍了温度的自动测量,包括温度传感器、单片机接口及其应用软件的设计,大体分为以下几大部分:介绍了国内外温度检测技术和温度检测的发展现状,并且分析了温度检测技术的未来发展方向.
