装配体中需要加工的零件共有三件:基座、滑块、转盘。

摘要数控铣加工在机械加工中占有非常重要的地位。
当前数控铣加工中,程序的编制大多采用CAM软件自动编程,但手工编程由于其短小精悍的特点,仍然具有很强的实际应用性。
本文以第四届全国数控大赛数控铣试题为例,详细叙述了数控铣加工工艺编制和程序编制的过程,以及变量编程的方法。
