摘要化学肥料制造业上市公司作为我国行业经济的龙头，肩负着促进产业结构调整、带动国内企业整体竞争力提升的重要使命，全行业竞争力水平的状况很大程度上由这些上市公司的表现体现出来。
目前我国工农用化肥产能过剩、供大于求的矛盾和1%的进口化肥关税配额税率给国内化学肥料制造企业造成了双重竞争压力。
我国化学肥料制造业上市公司竞争力现状如何，怎样界定我国化学肥料制造业上市公司竞争力以及如何使用合理的评价模型进行评价，会直接影响到化学肥料制造企业的长远发展和我国农业基础建设是否能够持续健康的完成。
本文首先阐述了企业竞争力的研究背景和研究意义，叙述了国内外的研究现状，分析了现存评价理论和方法，提出创新点。
第二，概述化学肥料制造业现状及财务指标对于化学肥料制造业上市公司竞争力的重要性。
第三，从财务视角，构建了竞争力评价指标体系。
第四，选出国内23家上市公司以及国外6家上市公司，根据它们2010年的年报数据，用因子分析法进行实证研究并得出各公司竞争力状况，据此对国内外上市公司进行比较研究和聚类分析。
第五，提出相应建议。
最后，得出我国化学肥料制造业上市公司成长能力较强、总体竞争力水平不强等结论，并指出文章不足之处及研究展望。
本文拟达到如下目的：第一，丰富化学肥料制造业上市公司竞争力理论和综合评价理论。
第二，探索从财务视角以财务指标对化学肥料制造业上市公司竞争力进行评价。
第三，根据财务指标评价化学肥料制造业上市公司竞争力的现实状况，寻求提升化学肥料制造业上市公司竞争力的详细方法，以供相关企业借鉴。
本文的创新点：第一，从财务视角构建评价指标体系，运用因子分析法和聚类分析法进行研究。
第二，在实证研究部分，基于因子分析结果运用聚类分析法进行分类研究。
第三，通过国内外上市公司的比较研究，找到我国化学肥料制造业上市公司竞争力的优势与不足，并提出有针对性的建议。
关键词：战略管理；竞争力评价；因子分析；聚类分析；财务视角AbstractAbstractAs the leader of chemical fertilizer manufacturing industry, China's chemical fertilizer manufacturing listed companies have a mission to readjust industrial structure and promote the whole competitiveness of domestic enterprises, their competitiveness directly reflect the level of the chemical fertilizer manufacturing industry’s competitive capability. Chemical fertilizer surplus production with 1% tariffs on imported fertilizer makes the domestic chemical fertilizer manufacturing enterprises face the dual pressure at home and abroad.This paper first analyses research background and significance, describes current research situation both at home and abroad and the existing competitiveness evaluation methods,proposing innovations of this paper. Secondly, this paper gives a bird’s-eye view of the situation of chemical fertilizer manufacturing industry and points out the importance of financial indicators for these companies. Thirdly, this paper puts forward the competitiveness evaluation index system from a financial perspective. Fourthly, this paper selects 23 domestic listed companies and 6 foreign listed companies, based on their 2010 annual report data, makes a comparative study and uses cluster analysis based on the factor analysis result.Fifthly, this paper gives some advice. Finally, this paper gives some conclusions such as growing competitiveness is strong and overall competitiveness is not strong, and points out the inadequacies and prospect.The main objectives of this paper are as follows: First, enriching competitiveness evaluation theories; Second, exploring financial indicators to evaluate the competitiveness of China's chemical fertilizer manufacturing listed companies; Third, exploring specific competitiveness evaluation ways based on the evaluation result by financial indicators.Innovations of this paper are as follows: First,building a evaluation index system from a financial perspective, researching by using factor analysis and cluster analysis. Second,in the empirical research component,using cluster analysis to classify research based on factor analysis results. 另一方面，财务指标可以使我国化学肥料制造业上市公司自身清晰地意识到生产经营压力，明确自身竞争力所处的水平，以判断今后的发展方向。
我国化学肥料制造业上市公司是大型企业，占有较大市场份额，占据行业主导地位，引领着我国化学肥料制造业的发展方向。
但目前农产品价格持续高涨、国内生产化肥的原料成本也不断上涨，再加上部分化肥产品供过于求的严峻现状，不仅加剧了我国化学制造业上市公司内部的竞争压力，也使它们在面对国际大型化学肥料制造企业时感到巨大的威胁。
就生产成本而言，我国化学肥料制造企业高于国外同行。
例如，在化学肥料制造业比较发达的俄罗斯，天然气和石油资源丰富，制造成本大大低于我国，使我国化学肥料制造业上市公司面临较大成本压力。
加上近些年来能源紧缺、物流成本居高不下、较高的通胀预期等宏观经济环境的负面影响，虽然市场调节机制发挥了积极的作用，但是由于季节性强、缺少进退机制等产业结构不合理现象的长时间存在，以及目前缺乏有效的原材料价格补贴政策和化肥延伸政策，我国化学肥料制造企业面临巨大的生产经营压力。
