VERIFY Ensure the solder thickness hourly is according to spec by using the Z-Checker (Pastikan ketebalan solder paste setiap jam mengikut spec dengan menggunakan “ZChecker”.) Ensure there is no solder paste defects such as no solder paste, insufficient solder and misalignment. (Pastikan tiada kecacatan solder paste seperti tiada solder paste, kekurangan solder paste dan ’misalignment’.) After printing of every 5 panels, stencil has to be cleaned by brush and micro-wire paper. (Bersihkan stencil dengan berus dan ‘micro-wire paper’ selepas di ‘print’ 5 panel.)
