在吉林大学获经济学学士（1982），经济学硕士（1988），经济学博士（1993）。
博士导师是已故著名中国经济学家关梦觉先生，和吉林大学“资深教授”张维达先生。
Graduated from Ji Lin University of China, studied subjects of Finance, Currency, Bank and Macroeconomic Regulation, and obtained：Bachelor of Economics 1982，Master of Economics 1988 ，Doctor of Economics 1993 ；Tutors are Mr. Guan Meng Jue, a famous economist of China, and Professor Zhang Wei Da工作经历(Experience)1982—1993年，任教于吉林大学经济管理学院，出任助教、讲师、副教授、金融专业硕士研究生导师，宏观经济管理教研究主任。
1993—2005年出任过中国南方保利集团公司下属广州保利期货经纪有限公司总经理；广州钧华经济发展有限公司总经理；加拿大瑞枫投资有限公司董事总经理，主要从事外汇、期货、期指、证券等投资操作与管理。
同时1993-2006年，一直为吉林大学经济学院兼职教授。
2006年至现在被华南理工大学聘请为客作教授University Teacher ：(Teaching assistant, Lecturer and Assistant Professor) 1982-1993 in the Economic Academy of Ji Lin University. Part-time Professor ：1993-2006 in Ji Lin University . General Manager ：China Poly Group Subordinate Co. Guang Zhou Poly Future Co；Guang Zhou JunHa Economy Develop Ltd; ShuiFeng (Canada) Investment Co.Durring 1993-2005. Operating international futures investment which were S&P 500 Index, merchandise futures in U. S, Hong Kong Heng Sheng Index Future and foreign exchanges were U.S dollar, Pound, Yen, France of Swiss. 出版学术专著《社会主义市场经济体制中国家计划指导新论》（1993年）。
此书受到中国著名经济学家卫兴华、钟契夫、陈吉元、袁文平、张伟达等人的好评。
（2）独立获得国家教委社会青年基金“七五”资助科研课题项目（0.8万元），根据国家教委建议，形成为内部参考著作<东欧市场经济理论研究>，上报国家教委。
（3）独立获得国家教委社科基金“八五”资助科研课题项目(1.2万元)，《国民经济运行中的均衡与非均衡》，后因离开吉大，未能完成，交由于光中教授代而完成。
（4）参加张伟达教授国家教委博士点基金“七五”研究课题（其中撰写10万字），出版学术著作《社会主义市场经济导论》。
（5）参加关梦觉、潘石教授国家教委博士点基金“七五”项目（其中撰写2万字），出版学术著作《当代中国私营经济研究》（1991年）。
（6）参加国家教委“七五”社科重点项目研究，撰写《中西方宏观调控比较》（1万字），卫兴华主编《回顾、探索、选择》（1991）。
（7）参加国家教委高校“七五”社科重点项目研究，卫兴华主编《治理整顿与深化改革》，撰写《对指导性计划的考察》（1万字，1991年）。
（8）参加国家教委“八五”社科重点项目研究，卫兴华主编《全民所有制企业的活力与发展》，撰写《指导性计划运行模式构》（1万字左右1992年）。
（9）参加国家教委高校“八五”社科基金项目研究，卫兴华主编社会主义市场理论与实践丛书，撰写《社会主义市场经济中计划指导新论》2万字（1994）。
