1、原材料供应商来源的控制方法
所有原材料在进行大货生产前，由厂长去原料供应商处参观考察其生产车间、仓库储存环境，了解原料供给哪些厂家，并且先调纱试样，试样结果由生产部做好记录，重要的原料送到第三方测试中心测试纱的强度、捻度等。
大货生产时选用合适的厂家。
2、产品生产过程的质量保证措施
车间对每个品种的坯布，下机布进行试染色，坯布100%检验，如有疵点的，需进行修头处理，确实严重的，打下做疵布处理。
3、对在外加工部分(如染色代加工，印花代加工)的质量的控制措施（适用时）对外加工前，与染厂、印花厂进行产前会议，把质量要求沟通清楚，生产时安排专业跟单在染厂、印花厂进行全程跟踪，对品质进行把关。
4、产品在生产过程中是如何监控不同批次的产品质量
生产过程中，不同批次的坯布分不同缸、不同颜色来进行染色或印花，按颜色、缸号来追踪成品质量
5、完善的文件记录管理控制程序，与Oeko-Tex认证产品生产相关的（如发票、采购订单、原材料运送单、产品出货单等）
由公司仓库保管员收集相关单据，财务及单证负责做账、做发票等事宜
6、有哪些确保不同批次、不同颜色产品持续符合Oeko-Tex 100的要求的其他措施？
针对大货，每缸进行内部测试，检查基本物理指标及化学指标，保持产品前后品质的稳定。
7、确保日后大货生产的产品与认证检测时所提交样品具有一致品质的措施和控制方法。
严格控制大货生产流程，保持工艺的稳定。
平时由内部实验室进行内部测试，并定期将面料送第三方测试中心做测试

Requirement on Quality Control System
--Traceability of the source materials / suppliers
Factory chief should visit the raw material supplier before using their yarns, to evaluate their production circumstance and their ware house and to learn who are their current customers and buyers. Use sample yarn to develop the greige first and record the sample result. For important yarn, need to send to 3rd test centre to check the strength, twisting, etc. Choose the proper yarn based on these records.
--Quality assurance of the production processes
Proceed with trial dyeing for the first piece greige, do 100% inspection for all greige, if there is defect, should amend before sending to dyeing mill, if defects are over the standards( mainly based on 4 point system), pick out.
--Quality assurance of outsource services (e.g., commission dyeing, printing etc.) (if applicable)
proceed with pre-production meeting with dyeing mill and printing mill to advise the standard, have QC supervise the production line.
--Regular testing on production batches that are involving different production processes.
Proceed with internal test for each dye lots.
--Well filing system for supporting documents and correspondence of the Oeko-Tex productions, (e.g.: invoice, purchase order, delivery note with the source material suppliers/buyers etc.)
Ware house should keep all these documents, and financial and shipping dept to deal with invoice, etc
--Any other methods to ensure your products from different batches or in different colors are comply with the Oeko-Tex Standard 100.
Proceed with internal testing for each dye lots to compare the test result to the requirement, to keep the quality stable.
--Ensure products in the future productions are conform to the samples that had been sent for testing and certified.
To control the production procedure strictly and keep the production process same as before, do internal test for each color and dye lot and send to 3rd party for testing frequently.学习是成就事业的基石。
