• 考虑到黄先生夫妇的文化，性格，年龄，社会阶层以及对中国茶道的情有独钟。我们选择了新中式的风格 设计，为黄先生打造一个简约而不简单，及舒适又大方，即美观又实用的温馨之家。 • 新中式并非复古明清，而是通过中式风格的特征，表达对清雅含蓄，端庄大方的东方精神境界的追求，即 继承了中国风的典雅之美，又孕育了现代的气息，秉承历史，启迪未来。 • 通过对建筑平面的重新分区布局中找到契机，尽可能的将所有的空间最大化利用，用最为合理的思路，展 现一幅理性与感性共存的佳作。 • “历史的痕迹，现代的气息”体现出一种对历史文化的敬仰，对现代科技追求的一种精神需求
