Beijing Yanqi Lake Capital Guest House Conceptual Master Plan
Entrusted by BLCC, AECOM delivered professional planning and design consultancy within two months from June, 2010 on 58ha Yanqi lake core area which will accommodate state heads during the summit. Service scope includes Yanqi Peninsula Conceptual MP, landscape conceptual design, ecological and environmental strategies and conceptual architectural design of conference center, boutique hotel and 3 VIP villas. Project was led by Design+Planning Shanghai MP team with collaboration from other four AECOM specialized teams, they are: AECOM D+P: Design and Planning by Shanghai/San Francisco (U.S.A) offices Landscape Design by Hong Kong T&H/ Shenzhen T&H Environment by Hong Kong/Guangzhou offices AECOM Architecture: Architectural design by Shenzhen Nanshan/Miami (U.S.A) offices Project team adopted innovative design principals and approaches to interpret essences of traditional Chinese imperial garden and a unique “Ideal Garden” was created with combination of advanced green and ecological treatments to expect our distinguished state heads and guests in 2012. AECOM’s outstanding performances on this project distinguished itself from other famous domestic and international consultant firms and thus brought another entrustment from BLCC in October, 2010 for carrying out deepening MP and conceptual architectural design on 13 VIP villas. AECOM is seeking for long-term strategic partnership with BLCC who spoke highly of AECOM’s excellent work and cooperation incurred. More future opportunities are expected in engineering related field.
