Standard features which are to be described respectively, fit the RoHS rules.3.1 微晶玻璃的特性3.1 Characteristics of glass ceramics3.1.1 最高安全使用温度:3.1.1 Maximum Service Temperature:780℃,初期使用板材颜色将发生变化。
The original color of the plate will change at the temperature of 780 ℃.3.1.2 热冲击温度:3.1.2 Temperature of Thermal Shock780℃(耐热急变测试:加热保温30min后,立刻投入到水中无变化)。
780 ℃(thermal shock resistance test: after heating and keeping the temperature for 30 minutes, the characteristics of the plate keeps stable when it is thrown into the water4 规格4 Specifications4.1 电磁灶面板的形状与尺寸均以需求样图为准。
4.1 The size and shape of the electromagnetic stove panel are subject to the requirement diagram.4.2 产品的尺寸规格及检测方法依照图样及游标卡尺进行测量。
4.2 Dimensions and test method of the product are measured in accordance with the design and the Vernier caliper.4.3 产品的变形量在1.0mm以下(产品平放在水平台上,使用塞规配合标准直尺来测量,测量时,不允许在板材上施加除直尺重量外的其他压力)。
4.3 The amount of deformation is within 1.0mm (in the process of testing, the product should be placed on the horizontal plat, and measured by a plug gauge coordinated a standard ruler,with weight other than ruler exerted on the plate is forbidden.)4.4产品的厚度尺寸公差在±0.5mm以下。
4.4 The allowance error of thickness is within ±0.5mm.4.5 产品的直边误差在±0.5mm以下,弧边圆滑,无崩边、翻边。
4.5 The allowance error of the straight edge is within ±0.5mm. The arc edge is smooth, without broken and flanging edge.4.6 产品的R角±0.3mm;直角度,平行度按照图1所示:4.6 The R angle of product is within ±0.3mm;the perpendicularity and parallelism is presented in Figure 1.a或a’需在1mm以下;a or a’ should be within 1mm:b或b’需在1mm以下;b or b’ should be within 1mm:测量时,c的边需靠在直角上。

5.1 Panel: bright and uniform color without apparent sand inclusion, scratch, blot and edge broken.5.2 表面丝印:按客户图样丝印,颜色按客户指定颜色。

In non-screen printing condition, no deformation happens to the glass material after 100h in the temperature of 500℃.6.1.2 耐热冲击性6.1.2 Thermal Shock Resistance在760℃下加热30min后,放入20℃水中,急冷不破裂。
Heated for 30min in the temperature of 760℃, no deformation happens after emerging in water of 20℃.6.1.3热变形性6.1.3 Thermal Deformation30℃~700℃范围内,板材热膨胀系数-1.5~+5×10-7/℃,测试依据:GB/T16920-1997 升温速度5℃/min,介质:空气氧,测试设备:NETZSCHDLL-402C。
The thermal expansion coefficient of the plate material is -1.5~+5×10-7/℃ atthe range of 30℃~700℃. Testing reference: GB/T16920-1997. The heating rate is5℃/min in the medium of air oxygen. Testing equipment: NETZSCHDLL-402C.6.2 机械性能6.2 Mechanical Properties6.2.1 莫氏硬度6.2.1 Moh’s Strength莫氏硬度6.5,试验方法按JC/T 872中6.5.4条执行。
The Moh’s strength is 6.5, under the execution of term 6.5.4 in JC/T.6.2.2 抗冲击强度6.2.2 Shock Strength依据以下机械强度测试方法进行试验,试验结果为无破裂。
Testing is executed by the following mechanical strength test. No broken after the testing.产品(试验品)依据图2指示位置放置,用直径50mm,重量为525g的实心钢球从110mm 高度往样品中心点连续冲击三次。
Products (test sample) is placed in accordance with that in Figure 2. Three continuous hits was exerted on the center point of test sample by a solid steel ball of 50mm in diameter and 525g weight.图26.3 化学性能6.3 Chemical Properties6.3.1 耐酸性6.3.1 Acid Resistance未丝印微晶玻璃板材在90℃的5%盐酸溶液中浸泡24h,腐蚀量低于0.25mg/cm2。
Under non-screen printing condition, the corrosion rate of glass-ceramic plate is under 0.25mg/cm2 after 24h immersion in 5% hydrochloric acid solution at 90℃.6.3.2 耐碱性6.3.2 Alkali Resistance未丝印微晶玻璃板材在90℃的5%碳酸钠溶液中,浸泡24h,腐蚀量低于0.3mm/cm2。
