钢质干货集装箱的技术特征钢质干货集装箱是当前用于国际多式联运最普遍的一种箱型，作为一个长方形的六面体，它的整体框架均由薄壁异型钢材构成。
ISO体系中的1AAA型钢质干货集装箱是它们中间容积最大的一种箱型，这种箱型一般不设置叉槽，但大都设有鹅颈槽；1CC型同类箱设有叉槽，它们均有一定的代表性。
此类集装箱的结构如下图：注：1. 底盘2. 顶板 3. 侧壁4. 前端 5. 门端（后端）6,7 门板、门锁机构1. 底部结构集装箱的底部结构是承受箱内货载的主要部分。
它由4个底角件，2根下侧梁，1根底端梁，1根门槛，若干底横梁,，1对或2对插槽（20 ft及更小型的集装箱），1组鹅颈槽（40 ft 和30 ft箱）以及箱底板构成。
对于保温箱，罐式箱和台架箱等还将包括其他相应设施。
底部结构将承受来自箱内货载，拴固力和各项动载荷以及搬运作业时所出现的动载荷。
2. 前端框架集装箱的前端框架是指与载箱车辆行驶方向相一致的端部构件，它主要承受刹车时来自箱内货物的前冲载荷，该项载荷值与车辆行驶速度的平方成正比。
前端框架由2个顶角件，2个底角件，2根前角柱，1根上端梁，1根下端梁和端板组成。
3. 后端框架集装箱的后端框架设于与前端框架相对的一端，一般是指带有箱门的一端。
由于它也有可能被置放于车体的前行方向，所以它的设计载荷与前端框架相一致。
后端框架由2个顶角件，2个底角件，2根后角柱，1根门楣和1根门槛组成。
后端结构与前端结构最大的差异在于它不存在端板，而是一个空心的框架，与框内仅有的联系是门铰链，门锁杆以及锁头和锁座的局部连接。
4. 侧壁结构集装箱的侧壁设在箱体的两侧，它主要承受载箱船舶在航行中横摇时的箱内货载。
箱体的侧壁结构由2根上侧梁，2根下侧梁和2组侧壁板组成，如果箱体装有透气罩或通风设施，也应当包括在内。
5. 箱顶结构集装箱的箱顶结构通常是承受在其上部进行维修作业时所出现的载荷，即在箱顶最薄弱的部位，能够承受两名工人携工具在其上进行作业时所出现的局部集中载荷。
具体来说，就是在300mm×600mm的面积内能够承受300kg的载荷。
该结构一般由2根上侧梁和顶板构成，如系敞顶式集装箱，且包括回转或活动的顶梁以及柔性顶蓬等。
