神经根型颈椎病多发于40岁以上中年人，长期低
头工作者或习惯于长时间看电视、电脑者，往往 呈慢性发病。通过我们临床的多年观察，本病的 发病率有上升之趋势，而且患者的患病年龄也逐 渐年轻化。该病日渐成为临床的常见病、多发病。

１）腰痛症状 ：90％以上的患 1) Lower back pain: Seen in more
than 90% of patients, usually presents as a chronic dull pain in the lower back and lumbosacral region. The pain usually improves in the supine position and is aggravated by standing or extended sitting. 2) Pain radiating to the lower limbs: Pain from the lower back to the buttocks, lateral thigh, anterior calf and bottom of the foot, often characterized as a sharp radiating pain. 11

颈椎X线示：椎体增生，钩椎关节增生明显，
椎间隙变窄，锥间孔变小,生理曲度消失等。
MRI\CT可见：椎体后赘生物及神经根管变窄
椎间盘突出等。
Neck (cervical vertebrae) X-ray: vertebral body hypertrophy,
uncovertebral joint hypertrophy, disk-space narrowing, intervertebral foramen narrowing, loss of cervical lordosis.

神经根型颈椎病是临床上的常见病，其主要临床症状是
(Main clinical symptoms)：
1）颈痛伴上肢放射痛； 2）颈后伸时加重； 3）受压神经根皮肤节段分 布区感觉减弱； 4）上肢腱反射异常； 5）伴有肌萎缩，肌力减退； 6）颈活动受限，牵拉试验、 压头试验阳性。

腰椎间盘突出症，中医诊为痹证 (Bi syndrome)。
者均有这种表现。其疼痛范围主 要是在下腰部及腰骶部，以持久 性的钝痛最为常见。平卧位时疼 痛可减轻，站立位及坐位时，这 种疼痛可以加重。 ２）下肢放射痛症状：可以 沿着下腰部、臀部、大腿后侧、 小腿前或后外侧至足跟。疼痛性 质以放射性刺痛为主。下肢放射 痛可以先于腰痛发生，亦可能在 腰痛症状出现后出现，这两种情 况因人而异。

直径0.25-0.30mm；长40—50mm毫针。

3) Paresthesia and motor dysfunction of the lower limbs: Due to injuries to the nerve root. Presents as numbness, lower skin temperature, or when severe, muscle atrophy or paralysis. Cauda equina syndrome: Numbness and tingling around the genitals, weak bladder function, difficulty controlling bowel movements.
