本规程适用于按CAP1400规范设计的非核级闸阀、球阀、旋塞阀、蝶阀、止回阀、截止阀等,其他类型的阀门也可参照使用。

3 试验条件的检验Check of experimental conditions3.1 阀门试验场地应清洁,试验用装置必须满足试验条件要求,试验装置的泄漏应不影响阀门的试验;Valve test site should be clean and test equipment must meet the requirements of the test conditions, test devices leakage should not affect the valve test;的1.5~2倍。
试验用压力表应经过标定,且在有效期内。
The accuracy of the pressure test instrument should not be less than level 1.5, the greatest pressure gauge calibration should be equal to the value of 1.5 ~ 2 times test pressure. Pressure gauge should be regularly calibrated, and in the period of validity.3.3 试验介质Test Media3.3.1 水压试验用介质应符合SNG-GW-Z0-602的规定,见下表1;不锈钢阀门用A或A1级水;碳钢和合金钢阀门用B级水。
水温应足够高但不大于54℃。
Pressure test media should be consistent with the SNG-GW-Z0-602 requirements, see the table 1; stainless steel valves with A or A1 grade water; carbon steel and alloy steel valve with B-grade water. water temperature should be sufficient high but not greater than 54 ℃。
3.3.2 阀门输送介质为气体时应采用99.0%氮气作为试验介质。
For the gas medium transmission valve nitrogen should be used as a test medium with a purity of 99.0%.3.3.3 低压气密封试验用介质为氮气或干燥无油的空气。
For low-pressure gas seal test nitrogen or dry oil free air is used as test medium. 3.4 每台阀门应按下表2规定进行如下试验The tests specified as in the table 2 should be conducted for each valve.4 壳体水压试验Hydraulic shell test4.1 每个阀门装配后必须进行测试。
壳体水压试验后的任何后续拆卸,都须在设计压力下再测试。
碳钢、合金钢阀门壳体涂油漆之前应完成此试验。
Each valve shall be tested after assembly. Following successful completion of hydrostatic shell testing, any subsequent disassembly shall require retesting at design pressure. Testing shall be completed prior to protective coating of carbon and alloy steel pressure retaining parts.4.2 壳体水压试验时阀瓣处于半开启状态,不得对阀门施加任何影响试验结果的外力,试验压力为38℃时额定压力的1.5倍,试验持续保压时间按下表3的规定. 整个保压期间,承压壳体(包括阀体、阀盖、中法兰连接部位等)不允许有任何渗漏、破损和发生永久变形。
During valve shell test, Disc is in a semi-open state, external force shall not betimes of the 38 ℃pressure rating, pressure hold time shall be specified as the table 3. Throughout all the pressure hold period, the pressure shell (including the valve body, valve cover, flanged bolt connection, etc.) do not allow any leakage, damage and permanent deformation occurred.表3 Table 35 阀门密封试验Valve closure test5.1 壳体水压试验后用不超过445N的手轮圆周力关闭阀门,阀体的中腔应充满试验介质。
并逐渐加压到38℃时额定压力的1.1倍后开始试验。
After the hydrostatic shell test, close the valve with no more than 445N rim pull,valve body cavity should be filled with the test medium。
and gradually pressurized to 1.1 times of the 38℃pressure rating.5.2 对允许介质双向流动的阀门,应先后由阀瓣的每一侧施加压力,在非受压的一侧进行检验。
For the two-way medium flow valve, test pressure shall be applied to each side of valve disc in sequence, inspection at the non-pressure side.5.3 止回阀试验时应将压力施加在需要封闭流体的方向上。
