荷兰NITA(尼塔)研究梦想小镇规划功能定位和历史文化底蕴，明确梦想小镇风格导向和建设123控制，实施梦想小镇修复、改造、更新、拓展，改善梦想小镇当地群众生产生活环境，实现梦想小镇生产、生活、生态重塑，有力支撑浙江省大学生创业小镇、基金小镇建设，同时做好资金平衡。
The planning scope begins from Hangzhou Normal University in the east to East-West Avenue in the west, while between Haishu Road, Yuhangtan South Road and Xuanhang Railway in North-South direction. The total land area is around 3.47 square kilometers.Researching the functional position of Dream Town and its historical background; Defining design style of Dream Town and orientation of construction control; Processing the repair, transformation, updating and expansion of Dream Town; Improving the quality of residential environment; Achieving the rebuild of production, life and ecology. Through these methods,supporting the construction of college students' entrepreneurial towns and fund towns in Zhejiang Province, and balancing funds at the same time.2.用地功能组织Land function荷兰NITA(尼塔)充分依托和利用梦想小镇现有生产生活功能、现状肌理和历史文脉，进行有机的整合和梳理，在明确梦想小镇生长形态与建筑风貌的基础上，合理组织用地功能布局，规划成为生活的小镇、生产的小镇、创业的小镇、休闲的小镇、旅游的小镇、慢生活的小镇、适合青年人的小镇以及适合基金、金融企业的小镇。
梦想小镇规划一期主要落实大学生创业小镇、基金小镇功能，做好该功能细化设计，规划2017年建成；规划二期主要做好配套功能组织与农居安置；规划三期主要做好小镇未来拓展与资金平衡。
On the basis of fully relying on and utilizing the existing production and livingfunctions, local field texture and historical context of the dream town, making reasonable integration and combing. On the basis of clarifying the growth form and architectural style of the dream town, rationally organizing the functional layout of the land use. In order to plan a town to become a habitable town, a small town, a production town, an entrepreneurial town, a leisure town, a tourist town, a slow-live town, a town suitable for young people, and a town suitable for funds and financial companies.The first phase of the plan mainly emphasis on the functions of college students' entrepreneurial towns and fund towns, which needs a detail design and it’s planned to b e completed it before 2017. The second phase of the plan is mainly to do a good job of organization of service facilities and resettlement; While the phase three is aim to consider future development and finance balance.3.从灵感引发到主题确定From inspiration to theme determination荷兰NITA(尼塔)对于小镇设计的灵感来源于几张仓前镇现场照片：古朴、宁静的村庄淹没在大片稻田之中，阡陌纵横的农田与象征丰收的稻浪形成的肌理，是庄重与飘逸的完美组合；一条环状水系让空间灵动，水系内外的大片农田，充满着田园风光，象征着无限延伸的希望映衬着诗一般的田园乡情。
直线型的“稻田”肌理和曲线型的“稻浪”形态，与场地环状水系交织，既是风景的联结，又是意象的汇聚。
这种纯粹、质朴的乡村画面，深深触动了生活和工作在大城市里的设计师的心灵，形成了对场地意象的感性认知；而“梦想”一词关联着“奋斗”与“希望”，形成了主题演绎的理性线索。
“梦想‘O镇’，希望田野”的小镇主题，被清晰地描绘出来。
The design of the town is inspired by the photos of several warehouses in Cangqian Town: the quaint and tranquil village is submerged in a large area of rice fields. The texture of the farmland and the rice waves symbolizing the harvest is the perfect combination of solemnity and elegance. A round water system makes the space agile, and the large farmland inside and outside the water system is full of pastoral scenery, symbolizing infinitely extense hope with the poetry of the pastoral nostalgia. The linear "rice field" texture and the curved "rice wave" form are interwoven with the site's annular water system, which is both a landscape connection and an image convergence. This pure and simple country image deeply touches the hearts of designers who live and work in big cities, forming a perceptual cognition of the image of the venue; and the word "dream" is associated with "struggle" and "hope.", formed a rational clue to the theme illustration. The theme of the town of “Dream ‘O Town’, Hope Field” is clearly depicted.1.规划设计Planning and design设计哲学：“田”是希望的、生态的、仓前的。
生活不只眼前的苟且，还有诗与远方的田野！Design philosophy: "Tian" is hopeful, ecological, and in front of the warehouse. Life is not only in front of you, but also in poetry and distant fields!1)地貌肌理、网格布局Geomorphology, grid layout特色小镇的选址大多在乡村或城市与乡村的结合部，呈现村庄被农田或水网包围和分隔的场地特征。
针对梦想小镇场地内仓前田野的阡陌肌理进行认真分析，以场地“田”的地貌肌理和尺度形成的网格空间, 不仅契合小镇的地形特征，而且使小镇更具田园乡情和本色韵味。
在中华文明中，人们对“田”的依赖，构成了对家园的理解，用“田”的阡陌肌理提炼小镇空间结构，契合了千百年来中国人，对“田”依赖深层次的心理结构，引发新来居民寻找精神家园。
荷兰NITA(尼塔)对于梦想小镇规划，通过文化的塑造，形成亲切的氛围，让创业者有归属感，逐渐把它认定为自己的精神家园。
“O”镇的空间意向，让小镇空间有一股内聚、团结的能量，从而形成领地感；在“梦想大道”区域，设计了一条印有入驻企业LOGO 的水面投影，给小镇的企业带来强烈的存在感。
正是这种存在感和领地感的营造，小镇空间才能给创客们带来回到家园的归属感。
The location of the featured towns is mostly in the village or the junction of citiesand villages, showing the characteristics of the site surrounded and separatedby farmland or water network. According to the analysis of the texture of the field in Dream town, the grid space formed by the texture and scale of the field. “field” not only fits the topographical features of the town, but also makes the town more idyllic and true.In the Chinese civilization, people's dependence on the "field" result to the understanding of the homeland, and the use of the "field" to refine the spatial structure of the town, which fits the Chinese demand in deep-level psychological aspect for thousands of years, which can stimulate newcomers to find spiritual homes by themselves.The planning of dream town, through the shaping of culture, forms a friendly atmosphere, giving entrepreneurs a sense of belonging and gradually identifying it as their own spiritual homes. The space intention of “O” town makes the town space have a cohesive and united energy, that can form a sense of territory for people; I n the “Dream Avenue” area, a water surface projection with the LOGO of the resident companies is designed to give the town’s enterprise a strong sense of existence. It is this kind of sense of existence and the sense of territory can make people who works inside feels a sense of belonging of homes.荷兰NITA(尼塔)通过最具场地特色的田野环连接生态公园、仓前古镇、水泥厂三大最具特点区块，并以田野环为纽带构建居住环、办公环，形成梦想田园小镇的圈层结构。
