电影《刮痧》是一部反映中美文化冲突的影片，由梁家辉和蒋雯丽主演。

梁家辉主演的许大同在美国打拼了八年，最后拥有了成功的事业和幸福的家庭，他把在北京生活的老父亲接到美国同住。

一次，许大同六岁的儿子丹尼尔肚子痛，老爷子就用中国传统的疗法给孙子刮痧。

结果，丹尼尔意外受了点外伤，在医院理解检查时，医护人员看到他背上的痧痕，怀疑这孩子在家里长期受到虐待，于是联系了美国儿童保护中心，从而引起了一系列的官司。

不一样文化之间的差异与冲突是主题，然而影片也从很多方面展示了人与人之间的理解，展示了人性中完美的一面，尤其是其中表现亲情的情节，几次使我落泪。
