第二条、租赁客体

Article2.ObjectoftheLease2.1出租人出租其位于xxxx的公寓包括所有的附属装置、家具和电器(以下统称“租赁房产”)

第三条、租期

第五条、管理服务与管理费

第六条、税费

出租人应支付政府部门向其征收的除租房税金外的所有税费
