我国高校的教师质量评估起步于20世纪80年代中期，到目前为止已经发展成为一个采用教师教学有效行为特征作为评估教师教学质量的标准，实践证明有鲜明的导向性，能有效地帮助教师了解教学情况、促进其教学质量的提高的评估体系。同时，依据评估目的和评估可操作环境选择评估信息来源，充分运用教育与心理测量学和统计学的科学方法以现代教育技术手段，在对各种信息来源于收集信息的可靠性、准确性和有效性进行深入研究的基础上，根据不同的信息来源编制不同的评估调查表，提高了收集信息的准确性与可靠性。实践表明，目前的评估体系和手段促进了教学质量的提高。但是，由于我国高校的教师教学评估的历史不长，虽然近十几年来对此已进行了大量的理论和实践研究，取得了一些进展，但仍存在许多问题。

Abstract
With the continuous development of network technology, teaching assessment system matures. However, as a measure of quality of service of this new teaching system core network evaluation system of teaching, there are still many deficiencies. This article is based on network characteristics and constructivist learning mode, briefly discussed can be applied to a number of assessment strategies in online teaching.

今天，随着网络技术的不断发展，教学评估系统各方面日趋成熟。然而，作为衡量这种新型教学系统服务质量的核心的网络教学的评估体系还有诸多不足。本文以网络的自身特点和建构主义学习模式为基础，简要论述了可以应用在网络教学方面的一些评估策略。
计算机网络为建构主义教学模式下的主动探索、协作交流提供无与伦比的教学平台，网络教学打破了地域和时空的局限，实现了双向交互、实时多点交流、广泛的传播、快捷的数据信息收集等多种功能，以网络通信技术、多媒体技术为依托，为建构主义教学理论支起了技术框架。
