My thoughts on the movie Flipped
Some of us get dipped in flat, some in satin, some in gloss. But every once in a while you find someone who's iridescent, and when you do, nothing will ever compare. This is my favourite movie lines of Flipped. when I finished this move, somehow I feel I was surrounded by pure love.
I was deeply moved by the movie. The ending scene was keeping playback on my mind. And next writings I want express my appreciations on this movie in detail.
Frist of all, I think I was completely fall in love with the crazy girl Julie.
She like an kind ,brave ,smart and beautiful angel. When I saw her on the scene, she was shining my world. As for the reason, I believe there something very unique in her personality. Such as she never try to cover and hide her love to Bles, she dare to take risks to express her love to Bles face to face. I agree the comment said by Bles'sgrandafather, he said"Well, a girl like that doesn't live next door to everyone."The other things I remembered clearly is her protections to the big tree. I love the soliloquy she said when she on the top of the tree, which is really beautiful, she said"Some days the sunsets would be purple and pink. And some days they were a blazing orange setting fire to the clouds on the horizon. It was during one of those sunsets that my father's idea of the whole being greater than the sum of its parts moved from my head to my
heart."
Secondly, I will show my admire to Julie's father. He made me remind an old Chinese saying"The apple does not fall far from the tree."From my point of view, Julie's father is a perfect father, he was patient, humorous and very cared about her children. On one scene Julie's parents was have words with each other, but her parents immediately apologized to Julie and they tell Julie they still love each other. In china, I have to say that behavior was quite rare. Parents were less concerned their children'feelings when they have a quarrel.
Thirdly, I love the theme of the movie. The movie showed two different view which were from Julie the girl and Bles the boy. And it was completely different views when they have almost the same experiences. From my opinion, I think that showed the difference between man and woman, especially when it comes to love. And I also have some statement to prove my opinion, there is a psychological experiment showed that woman was grow faster than man in the teenage psychologically and physically. So when we look back to the movie, we can understand why the girl know about love when she was only seven years old and the boy didn’t know the feeling of love until the ending of the movie. Finally he said,"And I realized Garrett was right about one thing: I had flipped. Completely."That one of the most moving moment of all the movies I ever seen before.
We all have been kids before. We all have some stupid romantic dreams when we never experienced love at all. We grew up, we get hurt by love and we lost our faith to love gradually. For me, that movie not only make me thinking my childhood, it also give me a little hope of love, which is still deserved you to believe.
I had flipped. Completely.。
