摘 要
根据任务书的要求,本设计为某啤酒废水处理工程工艺设计,设计阶段为初步设计。含高有机污染物啤酒废水的存在,不仅导致环境污染,而且还会减少啤酒生产原材料的利用率。因此需要采用适当方法处理。啤酒废水水质的主要特点是含有大量的有机物,属高浓度有机废水,故其生化需氧量也较大。该啤酒废水处理厂的设计处理水量为7500m3/d,不考虑远期发展。原污水中各项指标为:BOD≤1500mg/L,COD≤2600mg/L,SS=332~450mg/L。因该废水BOD值较大,不经处理会对环境造成巨大污染,故要求处理后的出水水质为:BOD≤60mg/ L,COD≤100mg/ L,SS≤50mg/ L。
经分析知该处理水质属易生物降解又无明显毒性的废水,通过查阅资料对比各种方法可采用两级处理以使出水达标。一级处理主要采用物理法,用来去除污水中的悬浮物质和无机物。二级处理主要采用生物法,包括厌氧生物处理法中的UASB法和好氧生物处理法中的SBR法,可有效去除污水中的BOD、COD。本设计基本工艺流程为:

The entire technological process have the characterቤተ መጻሕፍቲ ባይዱstics oflower investment, good treatment effect, easy technology process,using small area, running steady, and consuming lower energy.
The water which needs to treatment in the beer waste water treatment plant is 7500m3/L, regardless of the specified future development. Various target in the raw waste water is: the concentration of BOD is ≤1500mg/L, the concentration of COD is ≤2600mg/L, the concentration of SS is between 332 and 450mg/L. For the beer waste water's BOD is high, it could pollute the environment if drained before treatment, so it request the beer waste water which drained must be strictly treated to the effluence standard which is as following: BOD≤60mg/ L, COD≤100mg/ L, SS≤50mg/ L.

整个工艺具有总投资少,处理效果好,工艺简单,占地面积省,运行稳定,能耗少的优点。

Abstract
This design is one beer waste water treatment. The degree of the design is in a preliminary phase. The main distinguishing feature of the beer waste water is that it contains the massive organic matters, so it belongs to the high concentration organic waste water, therefore it's biochemical oxygen demand is also high.
After the analysis, the quality of this processing water belongs to the waste water that easy biology degrade and not have the obvious poison, could use two levels of biological treatments to cause the water drained meet the designated standard. First level of processing mainly uses the physical methods, which removes the suspended matter and the inorganic substance in the sewage.Second levels of processing mainly uses the biology methods, consists of UASB of demand oxygen biology methods and SBR of anaerobic oxygen biology methods, which could remove BOD, CODin the waste water.
