摘 要 基于海南岛 18 个国家基本气象站 1961～2017 年的观测数据和部分区域自动站 2016～2017 年的气象观 测数据，结合 2016～2017 年生长季的海南省琼海市‘泰国黑金刚’莲雾的品质检测数据，分析莲雾不同生育期 的气候条件对莲雾品质的影响，从种植区历史气候背景和当年莲雾生长季气候条件两方面，选取了气候品质认 证指标，构建了气候品质认证模型，并确定气候品质评价等级标准，实现了从气象学角度对莲雾品质进行量化 评价。研究结果有效地提高了莲雾的品牌价值和市场竞争力，也为其他热带水果气候品质认证提供了参考依据， 拓展了气象为农服务的领域。 关键词 气象指标 ；气候品质 ；认证 中图分类号 S667.9 文献标识码 A Doi：10.12008/j.issn.1009-2196.2019.07.017

气候条件不仅关系到农作物的种植范围、栽 培制度和管理方式及生长发育和产量形成等方面， 也影响其外观、香味、口感等品质特性的好坏。 很多学者从光、温、水、气象灾害等角度进行了 相关研究。如黄晓钰 ， ［2］ 黄朝荣 ， ［3］ 易代勇 ［4］ 等 分别研究了香蕉的冷害特征及生理指标，香蕉不 同生育期气象条件对果实品质的影响，旱涝灾害 对香蕉品质的影响；王克占等 ， ［5］ 胡钟胜等 ［6］ 分 析了烤烟生长发育过程中农艺性状、生理生化特 性、化学成分积累、矿质元素等各种外观和内在 特性与气象因子的关系。关于莲雾与气象条件的 关系研究较少。郑小琴等 ［7-8］ 观测发现，冬季低温 冻 （寒） 害、花期低温阴雨和暴雨等天气条件对 莲雾生长发育不利，对其莲雾冻害低温指标进行 研究，并利用 GIS 进行长泰县莲雾种植气候区划， 为莲雾冻害监测预警及种植提供参考。裴开程 等［9］ 对影响台湾莲雾果品质量的气象条件进行了 分析，并提出相应的防护措施。

农产品气候品质认证研究
——以海南省琼海市莲雾为例①

Abstract The effect of climate conditions at different growth stage of wax apple (Syzygium samarangense Merr. et Perry) on the quality of wax apple Thai Black Diamond was analyzed based on the observation data of 18 basic meteorological stations from 1961 to 2017 and of some automatic meteorological stations from 2016 to 2017 in Hainan Island in combination of quality test data of wax apple 'Thai Black Diamond' in Qionghai city, Hainan Province during the growth season from 2016 to 2017. Climate quality certification indexes were selected from the historical climate data and the climate conditions in the growth season in this wax apple planting area to establish a climate quality certification model and identify climate quality assessment standard for quantitative evaluation of wax apple quality from the meteorological perspective. This analysis was conducive to effective improvement in the brand value of wax apple and market competitiveness, and would also provide reference for climate quality certification of other tropical fruit and expand the services of weather in agriculture.
