总结：juice 是不可数名词，当不可数名词表示数量的多少时，必须与表示数量的名词连用，即“数词+表示数量的名词（可数名词）+of +不可数名词。

对比：this is a pen and that is a pencil.✧且，this 一般指后面要讲的事物，而that常指前面提到过的事物。

本句用来回答特殊疑问句。
It 是第三人称的单数，所以其后的be动词应该是is。
也就构成了it + is + 其他成分。
例句;What is this? 这是什么？It is a big watermelon. 它是一个大西瓜。
