我国肉制品加工设备概况
• 肉制品加工设备是肉类工业发展必须而重要
的保障。在上个世纪八十年代中期，原国家商业 部为了提高我国的肉类深加工技术，开始从欧洲 进口肉类加工设备。从那时开始，我国的肉类加 工企业开始认识和了解现代化的加工设备、工艺 及产品；肉类加工机械制造厂家也开始接触先进 的肉类加工设备，并开始借鉴国外的技术开发中 国自己的产品。但是实际上我们的产品与欧美先 进水平相比，还有很大的距离，这是我们肉类加 工机械制造业需要正确面对的现实。

我国大部分肉类加工设备还处在欧美80年代的水平，只
有很少量的已达到90年代的水平。也就是说，技术水平
相当于落后先进国家10~20年。我国能生产的肉类加工
设备产品类型已有上千个，而专业制造肉制品加工设备
的厂家并不多。只要行业内互相协作和支持，将目前已
能生产的设备趋于完善和提高，对肉制品加工设备制造
业就是一个非常大的发展。

况来看，我国大多数企业还在低水平上徘徊，高起点的
较少。这些企业的技术水平还相对落后，除个别企业的
个别设备（与欧美设备制造商合作生产）和简单加工生
产线（例如分割线已成套出口至澳洲和香港等地）外，
我们生产的大部分还是简单机械和给国外机械设备配套
的附属设施，技术含量相对较低。从整体技术水平来看，
