摘要
农业现代化是现代化的重要内容，是实现整个现代化的基础，是解决中国农民问题 的关键。当前，我国存在着农业人口比例大，农村大批剩余劳动力难以转移，农业资源 紧约束，现代科学技术基础薄弱，农业劳动生产率低，农业基础设施建设落后等一系列 问题。鉴于中国农业的现状，政府必须要把农业提到现代基础产业的高度，用现代工业 装备农业，用现代科学技术支撑农业，要有先进的发展理念以及制定适合我国国情的现 代制度。从宏观上保障对农业的支持，走具有中国特色的农业现代化道路，对加快推进 农业现代化建设具有较强的现实价值和时代意义。

中国农业现代化进程中存在的问题及对策研究
Abstract
Agricultural modernization is the important content of the modernization, is the foundation of realizing the modernization, is the key to solve the problem of Chinese farmers. At present, there are a series of problems that our country agricultural population is large, a large number of surplus rural labor force to transfer, agricultural resources constraints, modern science and technology foundation is weak, the agricultural labor productivity is low, agricultural infrastructure has backwardness and so on. In view of the status quo of China's agriculture, we must mention the height of the basis of modern industry, the agriculture with modern agricultural industrial equipment, using modern science and technology support to agriculture, the government should have advanced the development of the concept and modern system suitable for China's national conditions. From the macro security support for agriculture, taking the path of agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics, to accelerate the agricultural modernization has stronger practical value and significance.
本论文通过文献研究法、调查研究法、归纳总结法，对中国农业现代化的内涵、特 征进行了简要分析，对农业现代化的发展历程进行了详细梳理，简要概括了中国农业现 代化自提出以来取得的成就，并分析了我国当前推进农业现代化进程中所面临的重要问 题及成因；最后，提出了加快推进农业现代化进程的对策，以期为中国农业现代化建设 提供借鉴，为农业增产、农民富裕、农村繁荣注入新的活力。论文具体，由以下几部分 组成：第一部分是本论文的绪论，主要包括选题背景、研究意义、国内外研究现状，研 究思路、方法和文章的创新点与不足。第二部分对中国农业现代化的内涵、特征、发展 历程及取得的成就进行了详细梳理。第三部分从农业现代化的发展要求出发，剖析了加 快推进农业现代化进程存在的问题，主要表现为现代农业体制还不完善、农业资源紧约 束、农业基础设施滞后、农民整体素质较低等。第四部分对加快推进中国农业现代化建 设所采取的措施进行思考，从而针对存在的问题提出解决对策，要继续推进农业经营体 制的创新，加强农业基础设施建设，加大政府对农业投入的大力支持等。
In this paper through the literature research, survey method, sum up method,on the connotation and characteristics of China's agricultural modernization are briefly analyzed. Has carried on the detailed combing to the development of agricultural modernization, briefly summarize the achievements of the Chinese agricultural modernization since put forward, and analyzes the current important problem faced in the process of promoting agricultural modernization and cause. Finally puts forward the countermeasures of accelerating agricultural modernization, so as to provide reference for China's agricultural modernization, for agricultural production, affluent farmers, rural prosperity and inject new vitality. Specific paper, consists of the following parts: the first part is the introduction of this paper, mainly including selected topic background, research significance, research status at home and abroad, research ideas, methods and articles innovations and deficiencies. The second part of China's agricultural modernization connotation, characteristics, development course and achievements in detail. The third part from the development of agricultural modernization, analyzed the problems of accelerating agricultural modernization, main show is modern agricultural system is not perfect, agricultural resource constraints, agricultural infrastructure lag, low overall quality of the peasants. The fourth part to accelerate China's agricultural modernization construction measures taken, so as to put forward the countermeasures for the existing problems, and will continue to push forward the innovation of agricultural management system, strengthening the construction of agricultural infrastructure, increase the government's strong support of agricultural inputs, etc.
