白酒厂商一般都将广州、深圳、东莞三座城市列为一级市场。
据估算,东莞白酒市场容量在10—20个亿之间,能够占到广东全省白酒消费量的10%以上。
咼档品牌:在东莞,终端销售价在100元以上的高档白酒中五粮液和茅台的销量最好。
水井坊和国窖1573占有部分市场份额。
其他如剑南春集团的金剑南也有一定销量。
五粮液从2004年提价换包装以来,在东莞市场的销量就呈上升趋势。
据经销商介绍,五粮液在东莞咼档酒市场的份额已经占到60%左右。
五粮液的买断和贴牌产品也推出了不少高档白酒,但销量都比较一般。
据分析,这主要是因为东莞经济发达,政务、商务用酒、婚宴、自饮市场对高档白酒的需求都很大,东莞消费者注重品牌、彰显身份、对价格不太敏感,这种消费习惯使五粮液在大多数政务、商务消费市场独占鳌头。
水井坊和国窖1573都是从广东起家的超高端白酒,应该说在东莞市场占有地利之便。
但据经销商反映:在东莞两种产品的市场份额都有一定程度的下滑。
水井坊刚上市时广告投放、品牌打造、终端维护的力度都很大,现在更侧重于通过品牌打造、文化营销来传播自己“中国白酒第一坊”的品牌形象。
相比之下国窖1573在终端建设和促销方面的力度要明显一些,在东莞部分餐饮、酒楼,国窖1573已经进行了专场促销等活动。
茅台在东莞也有较好的销量,主要集中在政务、商务用酒市场,但是广东人对酱香型白酒的口感接受程度不如浓香型,这对茅台的销售有一定的影响。
中低档品牌:在东莞,终端价在40—80元的中档白酒销量最大。
据了解,诸葛酿、皖酒王、古绵纯、稻花香在东莞市场销售名列前茅。
东莞是诸葛酿登陆广东最早进入的市场之一,由于有众多诸葛品牌都在东莞销售,使得诸葛酿成为东莞市场销量最大的白酒品牌。
皖酒王在东莞市场也占据很高的市场份额,据了解,皖酒王的经销商实力较为雄厚,网络较好,虽然皖酒王的市场支持力度不大,依靠自然销售也走量不小。
古绵纯和皖酒王的情况有些相似,不过东莞的台商很喜欢在夜场消费古绵纯,古绵纯在夜场渠道走量比较可观。
稻花香在东莞成功招商以后势头比较猛,目前销售已经直逼诸葛酿和皖酒王。
从总体来看,皖酒王和古绵纯在东莞夜场的销售较好,诸葛酿和稻花香在餐饮渠道占有优势,上述几大品牌占据了东莞中档白酒市场的大部分市场份额。
除此之外,泸州老窖、全兴、小糊涂仙、金六福在东莞市场也有部分份额,但总体走量不大,难以和上述几大品牌抗衡。
在10元钱以下的低档市场,尖庄、沱牌、泸州老窖二曲等都有走量。
但是广东本地石湾、九江米酒的销量比较大。
从总体上看,低档白酒在东莞白酒市场所占的市场份额比较小。
渠道概况作为华南经济最发达的城市之一,东莞酒店、酒楼林立,商超、卖场众多,批发市场辐射力强。
酒店、餐饮渠道:东莞市经济水平较高,居民生活富足,娱乐行业发达。
因而酒店林立,餐饮场所众多。
据统计,东莞市(包含各镇)5星、4星级以上酒店有20多家,在全国地级市中排名第一。
3星以下带夜总会、KTV包房的酒店有200多家。
其中比较有名的有:五星级:厚街镇的喜来登大酒店、嘉华大酒店;虎门镇的龙泉国际大酒店、豪门大饭店;东城区的东城环球国际夜总会;黄江镇的裕元花园酒店金钱豹夜总会、太子酒店、南城区的宏远大酒店;四星级:桥头镇的莲湖渡假村中国魅力夜总会、恒丰大酒店黄金海岸歌剧院;厚街镇的珊瑚大酒店;虎门镇的汇源海逸;东坑镇的东银国际娱乐。
三星级:南城区的湾东娱乐城;企石镇的宝石大酒店。
星级档次:长安镇的星之星,百乐山庄,集安酒店,桥头镇的海港城夜总会,还有乌沙酒店、新太阳等等。
除星级酒店外,东莞的餐饮酒楼也很多,著名的有幸福大酒楼、荔枝湾大酒楼、龙岗饮食中心等。
由于东莞的酒店和台湾同胞较多,夜场饮用白酒比较流行。
据了解,在A级酒店,白酒月销量一般都在3000支以上。
东莞的餐饮、酒楼进店费比较高,A店要8000元以上,部分5星级酒店进店费高达20000元。
B、C店的进店也在1000—3000元。
商超渠道:东莞的商超业态较为发达,大卖场、量贩连锁、便利连锁店、小型超市、本土、外资商超连锁一应俱全。
东莞有沃尔玛1家店、家乐福1家店、好又多1家店、百佳5家店、华润自营及加盟37家店。
大新百货13家店、嘉荣连锁13家店,这两家都是东莞本土连锁商超。
小型便利连锁店美宜家有200多家店。
在东莞,白酒在商超渠道消费的区域性很明显。
在工厂比较集中的工业区,中低档白酒比较好销;在社区比较集中的地区,中档以上白酒是消费主流;在餐饮、酒楼比较集中的地区,中高档白酒销售最好,经销商要根据商超的档次、规模、位置有选择的进入。
东莞商超的进店费、条码费也比较高,和广州、深圳比较接近。
品牌知名度一般的白酒A店进店开户费在1000元以上,单品条码费在300 —400元。
批发渠道:位于东莞南城区的宏景中心和宏远批发市场是东莞白酒市场两个主要批发渠道。
宏景中心有很多酒类公司及厂家办事处集中在商务楼办公。
其生产或代理的产品面在向全省、全国招商。
