干式铁芯串联电抗器使用说明书一、用途CKSC型干式铁芯串联电抗器,用于40--60Hz交流电力系统中,与并联电容器组配套串联使用,以限制高次谐波引起的电容器组过电流及电容器组合闸涌流,保护电容器组安全可靠运行,并改善电网电压波形,减少畸变率,保证供电质量。

二、结构特点本厂产品特点,以用户使用方便和实际应用牢固为原则,其铁芯选用优质进口冷轧硅钢片Z10-0.35叠装而成三相梯形结构,每柱分数段,段间用绝缘板隔离,以保证气隙在电抗器运行中不发生变化。

线圈采用双丝包铜扁线绕制,经先进的真空浇注工艺成形。

并经特殊烘干,使线圈成为一个坚固的浇注体,以达到加强线圈机械强度和电气性能的要求。

三、技术参数1、型号意义如:CKSC—90/12√3-6%CK—串联电抗器S—三相式C—浇注式90----电抗器三相总容量(kvar)12/√3—电容器组额定电压(kV)6%----电抗率2、工频耐压试验:35kV/1min;3、温升:线圈≯75 K(电阻法)4、 1.35In时,噪声水平:≯55dB5、泄漏比距不小于2.5 mm/kV。

6、热稳定:能承受25倍额定电流2S。

7、动稳定:属于加强型,装在电源侧使用,其动稳定电流动为2.55倍的热稳定电流而无机械损伤。

8、连接方式:a.串联接于电容器组前,即电源侧b.串联接于电容器组后。

四、用户须知1、使用范围:环境温度-25℃--+45℃,海拔不超过1000米的户内安装。

(特殊海拔高度订货时说明)2、如装于柜内应有良好的通风条件。

3、电抗器允许在1.1倍额定电压下长期运行。

最大长期运行电流为额定电流的1.35倍。

4、电抗器引出连接应牢固可靠,连接部位涂于导电膏。

铁件应可靠接地。

5、用户在订电抗器时,须将型号、规格、额定系统电压、电容器组容量、接线方式及电抗率写清楚。

6、验收时,用户可对电抗器进行外表检查,检查外观、瓷套管等是否完好,如发现瓷套管损坏或线圈变形时可向生产厂家提出。

在做交接试验时,可以根据用户的试验条件,进行工频耐压试验(试验电压为出厂试验电压的75%)、直流电阻测试、绝缘电阻测量。

并对照电抗器出厂试验报告。

四、运行与维护1、运行人员要定期巡视,监视电抗器的运行温度和噪声。

2、要定期检查电抗器的瓷套管是否清洁,是否有油污,有无损坏和裂纹,有无放电痕。

3、应定期清扫瓷套管,检查电抗器运行声音,是否有异响。

Operating Instructions for Dry-type Iron Core Series Reactor I. PurposeThe CKSC dry-type iron core series reactor is used in 40-60Hz AC electricpower systems and used in series with a bank of shunted capacitors. Thecapacitor bank overcurrent and the capacitor bank switching rush currentarising from limited high order harmonic will protect the safe, reliable operation of the capacitor bank, improve the voltage waveform of the power network,reduce the distortion rate and guarantee the power supply quality.II. Structural FeaturesOur product is built on the principle of convenient use for the user and solidpractical application. The iron core is made of imported high-grade cold rolled silicon steel sheets Z10-0.35, overlapped into a 3-phase trapezoid structure.Each column has several sections, spaced by an insulating board, so that the air gap will not change during the reactor’s operation. The coil is wrapped from double thread copper cladded flat wire on an epoxy cylinder with woof-lessglass tape, and is specially dried to make it a solid fiberglass-reinforced plastic body, so as to enhance its mechanical strength and electric behavior.III. Technical Parameters1. Range of use: indoor installation with ambient temperature-25℃--+45℃,altitude not exceeding 1000m.2. If the reactor is installed in a cabinet, there should be good ventilation.3. The reactor can run under 1.1 times the rated voltage for a long term. Themaximum long-term operating current is 1.35 times the rated current.4. The lead-out connection of the reactor should be firm and reliable. Theconnecting part should be applied with conductive paste and the ironwareshould be reliably grounded.5. When ordering a reactor, the user should specify the model, specification,rated system voltage, capacity of capacitor bank, wiring mode and reactance.6. Upon acceptance, the user may conduct a visual inspection on the reactor tosee whether the appearance and porcelain bushing are in good condition. Ifthe porcelain bushing is found damaged or the coil distorted, the user maymake a claim against the manufacturer. Upon the delivery test, line frequencywithstand voltage test (the test voltage is 75% of the factory test voltage), DCresistance test and insulation resistance test can be performed against thereactor’s factory test report.V. Operating & Maintenance1. The operation staff shall inspect and monitor the operating temperature andnoise of the reactor regularly.2. Check the porcelain bushing of the reactor regularly for clean, oil-stain,damage, crack and crater.3.
