2. Suppliers: the suppliers of goods agent purchased by Company forClient ,Company shall help for the audit of the supplier's enterprise qualification, capacity, quality and other matters.2.供应商：供应链为客户代理采购各类商品时涉及到的产品供货者,供应链应负责协助审核供货商企业资质，产能，质量等事宜）Services content：Supply chain service provided by Company : 供应链提供的服务有：1.Agent purchasing：According to Client's demand, Company purchase all kinds of goods with high quality and reasonable price, and actively recommend high-quality Chinese products to Client,It also includes the following services.1）Company shall introduce and accompany Client to visit the Chinese Suppliers for communication.2）Company should actively recommend all kinds of corresponding talents in China to Client, and complete technical support and guidance effectively.3）Company shall recommend third-party international inspection agencies to complete the inspection work and issue valid certificates as required by Client.1.代理采购：根据客户需求代理采购各类物美价廉商品，且主动将中国优质产品推荐给客户，同时还包括以下服务。
1）供应链应引见及陪同客户到中国供货商处看厂沟通交流。
2）供应链应积极推荐中国各类相应人才给客户，有效完成技术支持及辅导。
3）供应链负责协助安排第三方国际验货机构，按客户要求完成验货工作并且出具有效证书。
2.Expoort services:including international freight (land/sea/air freight), warehousing, customs declaration, all kinds of import and export goods involved in the international approval, certification, international settlement, Coordinate after-sales service,to make sure Client can receive goods smoothly and in time and the problem of after-sale can be settled smoothly and in time.2.出口通关服务：包含国际货运（陆运、海运、空运），仓储，报关，各类进出口货物涉及的的国际批文，认证、国际结算、协调售后等服务，确保客户能够顺利及时的收到货物，且售后问题能够及时顺利的解决。
3.risk management and legal service and other supply chain services.to make sure Client can complete procurement safe and risk-free, and resolve disputes smoothly and in time.3.国际贸易风险管理及法律服务等供应链服务，确保客户能够安全，无风险的完成采购，同时及时顺利的解决争端。
Fees Payable by Client: 客户需支付的服务费用1.Fees of Agent Purchasing :代理采购服务费Fees: 1.5-2% is charged according to the total amount of agent purchase transaction. 1）2% is charged according to the total transaction amount，if the total single amount of the transaction is less than or equal to $100,000.2）1.5% is charged according to the total transaction amount，if the total single amount of the transaction is exceeds $100,000.收费标准：根据代理采购交易总金额收取1.5%-2%的费用。
1)如果单笔交易总金额小于等于10万美金，则按照交易总金额2%收取服务费。
2)如果单笔交易总金额超过10万美金，则按照交易总金额1.5%收取服务费。
2.The fees involved in product inspection,international freight transportation (land transportation, sea transportation and air transportation), warehousing, customs declaration and international settlement，Coordinate after-sales service .产品检验，国际货运（陆运、海运及空运）、仓储、报关、国际结算，协调售后服务收费标准。
Fees:r eimbursed in full，the specific cost is subject to the actual costs, and Company does not benefit from it.收费标准：实报实销,具体费用以届时实际产生的金额为准，供应链不再从中获取利润。
3.Fees of risk management and legal service,and other new services to be created by then that are not mentioned above 风险管理及法律服务费用及届时产生的上述没有提到的新的服务。
Fees:Separately quoted according to specific situation.收费标准：根据届时具体情况另行报价。
4.The Client shall pay a deposit of $3500USD to the bank account of Company.This amount shall be refunded to Client upon satisfaction of all the following conditions:1)Client complete their transaction in China.2)Client return to their country and send a scanned copy of the entry and exit stamp document given by the China immigration during departure at the airport.4.客户需向供应链支付3500美元的保证金。
供应链将在客户满足以下所有条件后将保证金全额退还给客户:1)客户在中国完成交易。
2)客户返回其国家，并在机场离境时将中国移民局提供的盖有出入境印章文件的扫描件发送给供应链。
pany shall immediately process the necessary invitation letters for Client to apply for visa at the China Embassy in their Country after receive the deposit paid by Client.5.在收到客户支付的定金后，供应链应立即处理必邀请函，以便客户到中国驻该国大使馆申请签证。
6.Specifically agreed：All services involving goods the quality of goods andafter-sales responsibility are still assumed by the actual supplier of the goods, and Company provides coordination services.6.特别约定：所有涉及商品的服务，由产品实际供应商提供质量保证及售后服务，供应链都不提供质量保证及售后服务，但供应链提供中间协调服务。
