This will be applied by Party B within ten days after thecompletion of qualified project.13.Liabilities for Breach13.1.In the eve nt of Party A fails to make payme nt accord ing to the payme nt terms, Party A should pay a late fee to Party B; Daily rate of the late fee is % of the payme nt. If the delay of the payme nt is caused by Party A and is delayed for more tha n days, the n PartyB can termi nate this con tract.13.2In the eve nt of Party B fails to complete the project accordi ng to the con structi on period in the con tract, Party B shall pay % of the total con tract amount for each day overdue as pen alty for the breach.
