徐州市高中英语课程资源开发利用新沂市王楼中学艾文菊笔者为新沂市王楼中学高中英语教师。
在教学过程中，笔者对《牛津高中英语》教材（译林版）以及相关英语知识作了整理，希望与各位同仁分享。
一、报刊杂志《中小学外语教学》（中学篇），北京师范大学出版社，刊号：2—31，此杂志对英语教师的教学及论文写作帮助甚大。
《新高考·英语》江苏教育出版社（凤凰出版传媒集团），刊号：28—373 ，此杂志既可作为教师的参考资料，也可作为学生学习英语的助手，是一本难得的好杂志。
近年来，笔者订阅了上述两份杂志，受益颇多。
二、笔者个人认为下面的两个网站对于英语教师和学英语的学生来说是不错的英语资源。
⑴21世纪英文报⑵China Daily只要在百度上搜索一下，很容易就找到。

【解析】Going在本句里作动名词，它和后面的to a British high school for one year构成动名词短语作句子的主语。
Go to a British high school本来是个动词词组，在go 后面加上ing 后，它就具备名词的特性可以在句子中充当主语、宾语或表语，动名词作主语时，谓语动词用单数。
【例句】上大学是他的梦想。
Going to university is his dream.【解析】experience 在本句中为可数名词，意为“经历，阅历，感受”。
eg. He said the experience of being in the army was memorable.【注】experience 还可作不可数名词，意为“经验”。
eg. They are looking for someone with marketing experience.【注】experience 还可作动词，意为“体验，经历”。
eg. I was lucky to experience this different way of life.(page3)Our country has experienced great changes in the past thirty years.【注】experienced 为形容词，意为“有经验的，经验丰富的”。
eg. She is very experienced in looking after children.【练习】1）Jim had （许多有趣的经历）while travelling in Africa.2) You （不需要有任何的经验）to work here.3) The book industry （正在经历）the same problems at the moment.4 ) Tom （是一个经验丰富的汽车销售员）can easily recognise a prospect when he seesone.Keys: 1) many / a lot of / lots of interesting experiences2) don’t need any experience3) is experiencing4) is an experienced car sales man2.I was very happy with the school hours in Britain because school starts around 9 a.m. and ends about3.30 p.m.我对英国学校的作息时间很满意因为学校大约上午9点开始上课，下午3点半左右放学。
【解析】be happy with=be pleased witharound=about3.This means I could get up an hour later than usual as schools in China begin before 8 a.m.这意味着我可以晚一小时起床，因为在中国学校8点钟上课。
【解析】mean: 意味着, 后面通常加名词或宾语从句。
例如：【例句】The attack of Pear Harbor meant a declaration of war with the United States.The raise of salary means that I can send my daughter to a better school.4.He also told us that the best way to earn respect was to devote ourselves to study andachieve high grades.他还告诉我们赢得学校尊敬的最好方法是努力学习并取得好成绩。
【解析】The best way to do sth is to…..结构用来表达“做某事的最好方法是”【例句】The best way to learn English is to use it as often as possible.5.I found the homework was not as heavy as what I used to get in my old school, but it was abit challenging for me at first because all the homework was in English.我发现这儿的家庭作业没有我原来学校的多，但一开始对我有些挑战性，因为所有作业都是英语的。
【解析】as…..as, 中间加形容词或副词,一般要连接两个相同的句子成分, 请比较下面两句话:【例句】You hate him as much as I (=You hate him as much as I hate him).You hate him as much as me(=You hate him as much as you hate me).【解析】used to 意为“过去常常”后接动词原形, 隐含的意思是“现在的情况已经不同”【例句】She used to study very hard. ( She does not study so hard any more).used to 的否定形式是usedn’t to/ didn’t use to注意：be used to sth/doing 表示习惯于….【例句】I was used to getting up early when I was in high school.6.Upon finishing his studies, he started travelling in China.完成学业之后，他开始在中国旅行。
