成绩81.60家庭暴力与女性犯罪的关系及预防对策内容摘要家庭暴力，特别是针对女性的家庭暴力，已然成为一个很热门的话题。我在本篇论文中把家庭暴力的研究范畴定位在家庭中丈夫对老婆的暴力行为。在论文中我引用了大量数据分析我国当前家庭暴力的情况，约莫每三个家庭就会有一个家庭存在家庭暴力。家庭暴力的产生从男人施暴和女人容忍两个角度进行分析。丈夫持续性的暴力和凌虐会诱发女性以暴制暴从而发生犯罪行为。论文中介绍了女性犯罪的现状，至少有百分之十的女性犯罪与丈夫家暴有关，从一开始被家暴到最终的反抗，受虐妇女她们经历了怎样一个心理变化过程以及造成妇女最终犯罪的因素。家庭暴力给家庭成员带来危险和痛苦，也影响了社会风气，要想避免悲剧我们就要实行有效手段来预防家庭暴力的发生。首先作为施暴主体，可以鼓励更多男性加入到反家暴行动中，其次政府要完善法律、加强执法，再者还要强化心理咨询，男性女性都需要进行心理疏导，最后女性要尽可能地提高保护自己的能力。

AbstractDomesticviolence,especiallythedomesticviolenceagainstwomen,hasbecomeaninternationalhottopic.Inthisthesis,Idefinethescopeofdomesticviolenceasahusband'sviolentbehavioragainsthiswife.Atfirst，Iquotealargeamountofdatatoshowthecurrentsituationofdomesticviolenceinourcountry,andthereisfamilyviolenceineverythreefamilies.Thispaperanalyzestheemergenceofdomesticviolencefromtwoperspectives:maleviolenceandfemaletolerance.Thehusbandslong-termviolentbehaviorandabusecancausewoman'sresistanceandcrime.Thispaperintroducesthecurrentsituationoffemalecrime.Atleasttenpercentoffemalecrimearerelatedtodomesticviolence.Thispaperalsopresentstheprocessofpsychologicalchangebatteredwomenundergofromthebeginningofthedomesticviolencetothefinalresistanceandthefactorscausingwomencrime.Domesticviolencebringsharmandpaintofamilymembers,anditalsounderminesthesocialatmosphere.Inordertoavoidsuchtragedy,wemustpreventtheoccurrenceofdomesticviolenceeffectively.First,astheviolentsubject,mencanjoininactionsagainstdomesticviolence.Secondly,thegovernmentshouldperfectthelaw,strengthenlawenforcement,andstrengthenthepsychologicalcounselingforbothmenandwomen.Finally,womenshouldimprovetheself-protectionability.
