Remarks 备注：
1、The above rates are tax included, each bed includes one breakfast buffet. The Room rate has
including service charge.
以上房价均为含税价，每床位含1份早餐，不再加收服务费。
2、200RMB for extra bed per night（tax included）, including one breakfast buffet.
房内加床费为RMB200元/床/晚(含税价)，包含1份早餐。
3、The rates above are only available for the traveling group not for the meeting group.
以上价格只适用旅游团队，不适用会议团队。
4、The group discount rates above are available for more than 5 rooms(including 5).
以上团队价优惠价需 5 间房及以上才可享用。
5、This rate does not apply during the National holidays, holidays' price will be further informed.
以上优惠价不适用于国定节假日及节假日前一天，价格另定。
6、We will not inform the change of Rack price, the Front desk price on the day shall prevail.
酒店门市价如有变动，恕不另行通知，以当日前台价为准。
Articles 约定事项：
（1）、订房程序（Reservation Procedure）
甲方需在客人抵达前，将订房单书面传真至乙方代表，注明客人名单、国籍、人数、房类/房数、抵离日期/
时间、用餐安排及付款方式等等。乙方将根据房间状况予以书面确认。客人抵店时需持甲方的订房凭单，或其
它事先申明之证件入住。
Party A (Travel Agent) shall fax the reservation to Hotel Reservation or Sales Department before guests’ arrival, indicating guests’ name, nationality, number of persons, room type / amount, arrival and departure date / time, etc. Party B (Hotel) shall confirm by return fax according to the room availability. Guest shall check in with Travel Agent Room Voucher or other certificate claimed in advance.
（2）、陪同房 (Guide rooms)
团队有效入住每满16间，可享受房费（含税价）1/16的折扣。导游房享受元/床/晚的折扣价（含税价）,
乙方有权综合安排床位。
Every 15 valid check-in can enjoy a free room. Room for tour guide gets a special price of
RMB/room/day. Party A has the right to arrange it.
（3）、房间取消/减少 (Room cancellation / Reduction)（蓝色部分是否列入供酒店参考）
房间取消/减少必须在抵达前天书面通知乙方。预订抵店日前___天内取消，酒店将收取该团____%的一
晚房费(含税价)。非确认性预订,所有订房乙方将保留至当天下午六时整。
When it comes to the cancellation or reduction of rooms, the hotel must be noticed at least __days before the guests’ arrival. Cancellation occurs days before booking arrival date, the percent of total room fees（tax included） for one night will be charged by the hotel. All
non-guarantee reserved rooms will be kept until 18:00.
（4）、付款方式 (Payment)（蓝色部分是否列入供酒店参考）
旅行社团队在抵达酒店天前，必须提前预付 %房费（含税价），否则乙方有权可作取消。所有预订的客
房及其它费用，在离店前甲方必须与乙方结清。如需挂帐,需甲方以书面形式提出申请，经乙方同意后，双方
签订挂账协议方可执行。
The percent of the total room fees（tax included） must be prepaid to the hotel days before the arrival of travel team. All accounts shall be settled by the client prior to his/her checkout. The hotel shall not extend a credit unless the company's written application for credit is approved by the hotel.
（5）、延长及缩短住房（Extend and shorten reservation）（此条款是否列入供参考）是否延长订房将视酒店的客房情况决定。如该团未按原定日期，提前离店，酒店有权按缩短住房天数收取该团 %的一晚房费（含税价）作罚金。
