Corrugate oil conservator for transformer is a kind of new-generation full-sealing type conservator,which is the substitutive product of capsule type and diaphragm conservator.Such oil conservator is characterized with good sealing performance,long-life,no maintenance and convenient installation,etc.,and thus it is suitable to apply for power equipment such as all types of oil immersed transformer,reactor and capacitor,etc.一、工作原理Principle of operationBG外油式波纹储油柜采用先进的超柔性不锈钢波纹补偿器作为容积补偿元件和隔离密封元件，在彻底隔绝空气及湿气的条件下，实现对变压器绝缘油的体积补偿。
如图1所示，波纹补偿器是一个内腔与大气相通的气囊，放置于绝缘油中，储油腔通过下部连接口与变压器油箱相通。
波纹补偿器内腔通过呼吸口与外界大气相通。
当绝缘油随温度变化产生体积膨胀或收缩时，促使波纹补偿器伸缩，从而改变柜内油腔大小，实现对绝缘油的体积变化补偿。
储油柜各部件的名称及作用参见图1所示。
BG external oil type corrugate conservator adopts with advanced super-flexible stainless steel corrugate pipe as capacity compensation element and isolation seal element,and volume compensation for insulating oil of transformer is realized under complete insulation of air and moisture conditions.As shown in figure1, corrugate pipe is an air bag connecting inner cavity to atmosphere,which is placed in insulation oil.Oil conservator is connected to oil tank of transformer through bottom connector.Inner cavity of corrugate pipe is connected to outer atmosphere through breath vent.When volume of insulation oil expanses or shrinks as the changes of oil temperature,it makes the corrugate pipe extend or shrink,and thus changes the volume of oil chamber in the conservator,realizing the volume compensation for insulation oil.Designation and function of all parts of oil conservator refer to figure1.二、主要性能参数Main Performance Parameters1.储油柜容积常用范围0.1~12m3（约合20℃油重90~10740kg），适用于变压器总油重不大于120T，电压1000KV以下，容量1000MV A以下的各类大中型变压器及其它电力设备。
2.波纹补偿器使用寿命按30年设计，并采用外油式结构，无凝露生成，产品能实现免维护。
3.波纹补偿器耐压能力为±0.1MPa，完全满足全真空注油要求。
4.波纹补偿器工作时对绝缘油产生的最大反力小于0.005MPa，不影响变压器正常保护装置的设定。
●Common volume range of conservator is from0.1m3to12m3(oil weight about90-10740kg at20℃),which is suitable for various types of large-medium transformer and other power equipment with total oil weight of transformer not more than120tons,voltage less than1000KV and volume less than1000MV A.●Life service of corrugate pipe is up to30years.●Pressure-proof capacity of corrugate pipe is from-0.1MPa to+0.1MPa,with which full-vacuum oilinjection may be realized.●Max.pressure onto insulation oil is less than0.005MPa when corrugate pipe is working.三、产品到货验收Check upon delivery1．检查产品运输途中是否处于充压状态，方法：a.看油位指示是否如右图所示；b.打开排气管口时是否有强烈气流喷出。
2．储油柜表面状态检查。
检查是否有撞伤、明显变形等缺陷。
3．主机及附件清点。
（见供货单）4．文件检查。
资料袋中应有以下文件：产品说明书、出厂检验报告、供货单、油位—油温曲线标牌及合同要求的其它产品资料。
●Check if product is delivered with gas pressing by thefollowing methods:a.See whether oil level is indicated as shown in rightfigure.b.Whether there is strong gas flow out when openingexhaust vent.●Check the quantity of main machine and accessories.(See supply list)●Check surface of conservator.Check whether there areany defects such as collision damage and obvious transforms,etc.●Check documents.Document bag contains the following documents:product instruction manual,ex-works inspection report,supply list,oil level–oil temperature curve plate and other documents required in the contract.四、产品型号及选用方法Product model and selecting method●波纹储油柜型号标记如下图：The model mark for corrugate conservator is shown in next figure:五、储油柜安装和注油Installation&oil injection of conservator1．配件和工具准备：准备与储油柜连接的阀门、连管、螺栓及胶垫等配件。
施工设备及工具：注滤油机、气泵及常用工具如扳手、手锤等。
Preparation for fittings and tool:Prepare the fittings for connecting to oil conservator such as butterfly valve, connecting tube,bolt and cushion,etc.Tool:air pump,oil injection machine and common tools such as spanner,hand hammer,etc.2．储油柜安装前准备①拆除黄色护板→②释放气压→③展开波纹管Preparation before installing conservator:①Dismantle yellow guard plate→②Release gas pressure→③Unfold corrugate pipe3.储油柜安装The conservator i nstallation●储油柜吊装落位，连接好与变压器相通的管路。
