The Contract Goods shall be packed by the Seller in new

and strong wooden cases or directly into standard containers

and m easures shall be taken to protect the Contract Goods from

m oisture, rain, rust, corrosion, shock and dam ages so as to

m ake the Contract Goods withstand num erous handling, loading

unloading and long distance ocean/air and inland transportation. Detailed packing list in 2 copies shall be

enclosed in each package of the Contract Goods. 賣方應對合

同貨物用新的堅固的木質包裝箱或標準集裝箱包裝，並對合同貨物

合同貨物的每個包裝箱中應帶上2份詳細的裝箱單。

I n case the Seller use wooden package it shall be free from any insect infestation and with m ark of I PPC. Should insect infestation or no I PPC m ark be found in quarantine inspection, the Seller shall bear all the costs and expenses thus incurred, such as fum igation or replacem ent of package at the Port of Unloading, etc. 如果賣方選用木質包裝，包裝箱應為沒有昆蟲感染的，並且具有I PPC標誌。

如果在檢疫檢查時發現昆蟲感染或包裝箱上沒有I PPC標誌，賣方應承擔由此引起的全部費用，如卸貨港口的薰蒸或更換包裝的費用等。

The Seller shall be liable for any dam age of the Contract Goods due to im proper packing and inadequate protective m easures. 賣方應對包裝不當和防護措施不足造成的合同貨物損害負責。
