Demand Analyst position overview: Control demand and supply with the objective of customer satisfaction and reasonable inventory level within demand management procedure getting align with sales/product strategy. Responsibilities:

1. Forecast Management for Stock/Risk item by Xelus forecasting system 2. Demand and Supply Management through pre-SOP process 3. Inventory and Past Due review for AP 4. Make/Stock code decision and Safety Stock review 5. Global allocation 6. Supporting tooling transfer project Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree in related field such as marketing, bunsiness administration and industrial engineering preferred 2.Project Management skill is necessary to conduct SOP processs 3. 发布日期： 2010-09-10 工作地点： 成都 招聘人数： 1 工作年限： 三年以上 语言要求： 英语 熟练 学 历： 本科 普通话 熟练 职位描述 Job Responsibilities: Part A：Build up GDT Logistics capability implementation: - Develop GDT logistics infrastructure in each region; - Provide value-added service solution to GDT to improve their logistics operation standard level; - Physically stock counting the inventory in GDT annually; - Monitoring & implement 2nd CCFOT with RTM team; - Do on–site healthy check for VMI implementation; - Supervise project implementation and GDT performance improvement; - To evaluate and make annual audit GDT operation performance by simple guides and tools.

Part B：GDT customer care: - Regular visit to GDT and their customers. Collect from GDTs for service and quality issues, show the improvement plan to GDT to take actions and follow up; - Regular review to enhance /ensure Unilever GPS is implement by GDT; - Prepare improvement plan with internal logistics and related functions or regions to improve GDT services; - Customer Service presented to GDT for any service related activity; - On job training to GDT relevant logistics people.

Job Requirements: - Bachelor degree majored in science; - At least 4 years experience within the FMCG industry in an operational environment; - Related working experience on logistics background; - Related working experience on project management and implementation; - Related trainer experience on logistics filed preferred; - Fluent English and Chinese; - Experience in Stock Management and transportation management; - Proven ability to work under pressure, travel frequently; - Familiar warehouse layout design; - Leadship，strong and influencing communication skill; - Good knowledge of logistics systems; - Strong data analytical skills; - Strong on site management skills; - Good at Excel; - Good at MS PowerPoint; - Good knowledge of Manufacturing systems, excellent computer literace.
