Pre-op diagnosis: Rupture of lateral meniscus of right knee joint.
Post-op diagnosis: Same as above.
Operation done: Arthroscopy and meniscoplasty. (右膝关节镜检、镜下右膝外侧破裂半月板修整成形术)

Procedure:
1.患者麻醉实施成功后取仰卧位，右下肢处于可屈膝90°位，常规消毒、铺
巾。

右下肢充气止血带充至0.070mp a。

2.自右膝关节间隙水平髌韧带两侧旁开0.5cm各开一0.8cm入口，直达关节
腔。

自外侧入口处置入关节镜，依一定次序检查右膝关节腔，见关节腔内滑膜增生，外侧半月板后角部分撕裂。

膝内其余结构尚完整。

3.清除部分增生滑膜，将破裂半月板作修整成形术。

4.撤除关节镜器械，缝合后右下肢弹力绑带加压包扎后松止血带。

5.术程顺利，经PACU复苏后安返病房。
