品质数量异议： 如买方提出异议，凡属品质异议应于货到目的口岸之日起3 6个月内提出，凡属数量异议应于 货到目的口岸之日起1 3个月内提出，过期不受理。对所装货物所提任何异议属于保险公司、轮船公司、其他有关运输机构或邮递机构所负责者，卖方不负任何责任。理赔只限于卖方在收到买方所在地声誉良好的商检机构或商会出具的商品抽样检查报告，证明货物与合同不符后，对品质不符的货物按一比一更换或按照货物的疵劣程度和损坏的范围将货物贬值，对数量不符的货物给予补足。无论哪种情况下，卖方均不对货物的可销 性 或适用性负责，也不对任何损失赔偿负责包括但又不限于直接的、间接的、附带的损失，如买方不能在合同规定的期限内将信用证开到或将预付款汇到，或者开来的信用证不符合合同规定，而在接到卖方通知后，不能按期办妥改证，卖方有权撤销合同或延期交货，并有权提出索赔。 QualitQuantit Disrepan: In ase of qualit disrepan, laims shall be field b the Buer ithin 3 6 month after the arrival of the modit at the port of destination, hile for quantit disrepan, laims shall be field b the Buer ithin1 3 month after the arrival of the modit at the port of destination. settlement of suh laims is restrited to replaement of the non onforming modit on a one to one basis or devaluation of the modit aording to degree of inferiorit and extent of damage in ase of qualit disrepan or suppl for the shortage in ase of quantit disrepan, after the Seller has reeived an inspetion report on the modit b sampling issued b a reputable modit inspetion organization or hamber of mere at the plae here the Buer is loated, ertifing the non onformit thereof. In no event shall the Seller be held liable for the merhantabilit or fitness for an purpose. Nor shall it have an liabilit or responsibilit for damages of an kind hatsoever, inluding but not limited to an diret, indiret or ollateral damages.
