传感器测试系统论文

I 摘 要 本文主要介绍一种传感器测试系统的设计 ,该设计中所涉及的传感器主要包括:温度传感器、湿度传感器、压力传感器、压差传感器、流量传感器等。所涉及的仪表主要有手操、巡检仪、变频器、AI工业智能调节器、AIJ智能调节器等。以及执行机构主要有变频器和调节阀。本次设计的传感器测试系统是专门为电气类专业(电气工程、自动化、检测仪器及仪表等)所设计的综合实验装置。完成典型传感器(温度、湿度、压力、流量、液位、电参数)测试及校验,并可实现对被控对象的建模、系统设计及系统稳定性分析、系统的参数整定、系统的性能指标检定。可为检测技术、控制原理、计算机控制技术、集散控制系统、过程控制及仪表等课程开设实验、实训及科研项目研究,为以后从事自动控制系统研发设计、集成安装、调试、运行操作、维护、维修等工作奠定一定的基础。还可以为本科生、研究生、专业教师及科研人员从事控制系统的实验、实训及科学研究的提供一个重要的平台。

Abstract This paper describes the design of a sensor test system involved in the design of sensors including: temperature sensors, humidity sensors, pressure sensors, pressure sensors, flow sensors. Involved in the instrument hand operation, data logging devices, inverter, AI industrial smart regulator, the AIJ smart regulator and so on implementing agencies inverter and control valve. The design of the sensor test system is designed for electrical specialty (electrical engineering, automation, testing equipment and instruments, etc.) the design of the integrated test device. Complete a typical sensor (temperature, humidity, pressure, flow, level, electrical parameters) testing and validation, and implementation of the controlled object modeling, system design and system stability analysis, system parameter tuning, system performance Index test.training and research projects for future development in the automatic control system design, integration, installation, commissioning, operation, Maintenance, repair and so lay a foundation. Can also undergraduate, graduate, professional teachers and researchers engaged in the control experiment, training and scientific research provides an important platform.
