5 结论

2011年中国进入“十二五”规划实施期，城镇化进程将进一步加速，经济增长方式也将进一步转变，国家将完成由农业国家向工业化、城市化和现代化国家的转型，适时适当把握国际科学技术发展前沿以及对城市发展的影响，有意识地引导符合经济社会发展趋势的新型城市规划建设和传统工业城市的转型发展至关重要。从科技对城市发展影响的第三波和第四波看，后福特主义城市、边缘城市、网络城市、旅游休闲度假城市、文化城市、创意城市、生态城市、低碳城市、科技城市和智慧城市等都值得关注。
